No cavities and no work needed. I had cracked a tooth prior which I knew about but didn't think it was serious. Well apparently it was and caused a small cavity. Dr Castanaro fixed my tooth up....despite me acting like a huge baby when he needed to numb me. He worked quickly and was gentle. Was funny and kept me entertained while he worked. I'd definitely recommend him.

Dr. Castanaro's office was a complete-180 compared to my old dentist. He is very attentive every time I come for a cleaning and I am always seen as soon as I arrive. He uses the best and latest dental technology and a perk is that he is also a cool guy! His dental assistants also help him and are very nice and do the work right. Maureen & Stephanie at the front desk are gems and will always work with you to schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you and help in understanding insurance billing. They rock and are a pleasure to speak with. If you are looking for a new dental office, either for a preventative visit or for major dental care, look no further, THIS IS THE OFFICE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!

I have been through so many dentist until my bff recommended Dr. Schwabe. Let's just start with the fact that you don't have to wait long. If your appointment is scheduled for 9:30, you will be seen at 9:30 or a few mins after. No more waiting for hours :-) seriously he has his schedule set up to ensure that he provides you with the optimal and individual care you deserve. Second, the atmosphere is calm and cool. His staff are absolutely pleasant. Dr. Schwabe and his team are honest, patient, and most importantly they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Third, he takes his time cleaning your teeth...no rush. I personally enjoy the singing while he does your X-ray and then the conversation he tries to have with you while he is cleaning your teeth or fixing your fill-ins. He makes me feel comfortable and relaxed which is probably the main reason I always return to him. (I'm famous with going to one dentist and never returning again) Fourth, I absolutely appreciate the way he meets with you in his office after he is done working on your teeth. Dr. Schwabe is patient and answers all your questions without rushing you. I'm done with the search because I found the BEST dentist ever. I highly recommend Dr. Schwabe!

This was my dentist for many years before I moved out of state. I can't say enough good things…read moreabout them. Their office is very modern with cutting edge equipment. UV curing devices, in mouth cameras, lasers, etc. The Dr is AMAZING. He always performs various oral cancer screenings. He is super detail orientated. I have been so comfortable with his work that I actually passed out while he was drilling. Out cold for the whole procedure. I have never needed laughing gas, but I have heard he offers it. His hygienists are also of the highest caliber. A beautiful balance of deep cleaning with out discomfort. I have on a few occasions had to wait in their lobby for an appointment, but it was never terrible. The receptionists are also very friendly and make the wait bearable. If you live in the area, there is no reason to not check them out!

Had an appointment this morning for 9 am. I was called by this rude receptionist exactly at 9 am…read morethat couldn't even pronounce my name correctly and when I corrected her caught a huge attitude. I explained I was two blocks away and the majority of the time I come exactly at 9 the doors have not even open yet. She proceeded to have an attitude and slammed the phone down on me. I arrived at the doctor's office at 9:03 am. Tanisha asked if okay and I said no that the person who just called me was rude and not even an apology or acknowledgment of the situation was addressed. The receptionist proceeded to tell me she wasn't rude and then rolled her eyes. My family and I have been with this establishment for years even before Dr. FINELY decided to open the adult side. The receptionist on this side needs more training on phone etiquette and customer service. It is currently 9:18 and I still have not been called.

I came in for a cleaning that I get every 3 months now at 88 smiles Designs Dentist. I used to come…read moreevery 6 months for a cleaning. First of all a week before my appointment comes up. I am being sent texts every other day sometimes twice a day with a reminder that my appointment is coming up and if I don't respond back saying I would be there. I would be charged $100 after I say yes I would be there via text. The texts continue with the same thing following day and reminding me of my copay to which I already know about which is very annoying all the days and numerous texts I received about this appointment even on day of few hours before. At this point I am annoyed with all these texts that I received the whole week before my appointment. Then when I get there I get my X ray, teeth cleaned which they do good with. The problem is the Doctor Edly he has me sitting and waiting for him to check in my mouth to make sure everything is OK gums, teeth etc along with looking at my Xray. I've sat in the chair for over half and hour after I'm done with my cleaning to check my teeth and he sends his other workers to stall and tell me he is coming over soon and soon becomes never. After tge half hour is up he sends his workers to tell me he is working on someone else's mouth and can't come over and that everything is fine with my teeth without ever coming over to look at my teeth/gums. He has done this many times to me already. I can't remember the last time ive seen this Dentist in person throughout the years. Mind you me he's in the next room and refused to come and seems to make himself busy everytime I come in. So they text and call me all week long to come in but then when I'm there does not complete my dental visit. This is very unprofessional and I've never been treated like this before by any other dentist before in past. It's bad enough I already feel queasy when going there because it looks and feels like a former funeral parlor there. But I must say that even a mortician at a funeral parlor would treat me much better than I've been treated by this Dr at this Dentist office. I don't know what's the problem here but you'll definitely lost me as a patient here. I'm done and moving forward somewhere better than this place.
