The dental staff was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. When I asked for a copy of X-rays for a second opinion, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I sent 2-3 emails, where I also received no response. Finally , they asked me to send a Hippa form, which I did within an hour. Still no response. When I threatened to report them to better business bureau, they said go ahead and said they are allowed 30 days. It's been over 2 weeks now. Previous dentists helped with the same request same day. In the meantime, I am not able to get my second opinion. Do not come to this place. I rarely give bad reviews. This is the 2nd bad review I've given in my life.

No cavities and no work needed. I had cracked a tooth prior which I knew about but didn't think it was serious. Well apparently it was and caused a small cavity. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. During the phone call I find out that my appointment had been cancelled because it wasn't confirmed 24 hours in advance. I asked them how I was supposed to know that, because I wasn't told. I expected the office to call me to confirm. They told me they tried my number, but my phone was out of service. Why this was the case, I don't know, but my phone was fully functional since the dawn of time. Perhaps there was an issue with the network, but the red flag remains: if for some reason you cannot confirm your appointment during that one phone call the day before, your appointment will be cancelled. So, if you happen to be in a meeting, or have a busy day, or just have a bad phone day, your appointment is gone. Perhaps they may benefit from trying multiple methods, such as using email as well, text message, or simply attempting days in advance, so that the one time it doesn't connect, it's not the day before and the patient isn't left confused if that one attempt fails. Once I finally got in, about a week later, the staff were friendly and the dentist was good. No complaints about the clinical aspects of this office. Just a poor administrative experience.
