As Melissa B. points out, this is nothing grand. But if you're already in Hyannis, you might as well stop here. I found the JFK Museum to be incredibly disappointing, but at least the Memorial is free. The reflecting "pool" was empty. Maybe that's because we went here the weekend before Memorial Day and it wasn't quite summer yet. If nothing else, you get the same view the Kennedys had, somewhat.

The JFK Memorial is located near where he spent happy times with his family. I've seen most of the photos & films in the Museum many times through the media. The shock of his sudden violent death must have reverberated through the nation. How did First Lady Jackie summon the strength to maintain her composure in the face of horror & tragedy? The First Family was forever broken, & our country robbed of a gifted leader in the prime of his life. The site is perfect, tranquil & peaceful. I liked the roses & reflecting pool.

    Kennedy Memorial!

This is a fantastic, but quick stop down the cape. You can do a tour of this and the Kennedy's home in 20 minutes

We visited this memorial park as part of a tour from England and thought it was a beautiful park with views over the beach and ocean.

Two story brick building. First floor is dedicated to JFK and the second floor is dedicated to the rest of the clan. There are limited items and JFK memorabilia in this museum, it is mainly pictures and poster boards with details of the pictures. Many of the pictures you've seen already in the free domain. Best part of the museum was seeing a putter that JFK used. That is about it. Nice staff, and a little store selling commercial and political trinkets. A try it once event.

There were a lot of family photos of the whole Kennedy family, a detailed timeline of the Presidency between 1960 and 1963, and a display of the Kennedy family tree. I found all of it interesting and informative. We also saw two films about President Kennedy, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. There was also an exhibit about his brother, RFK, and another exhibit about his son, John. The first floor also has a nice gift shop with a wide variety of items to purchase.
