When I finally saw Dr. Vincent, I felt rushed and that my concerns weren't being fully listened to and the dental assistant (she had told me her name was Maria and I have never had her before since I usually see Dr. Spadola and haven't been here in almost 2 years) basically laughed in my face when I told her I had somewhere to be and didn't want to wait over two hours just to be seen. The procedure itself felt rough, and I wasn't given enough information about what was happening or what to expect afterward. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and I left feeling more anxious about dental visits than when I arrived. I would not recommend this practice to others.

During covid, my back tooth cracked, a crown broke, it was just all not good. Going to see Dr. Salesky and his team was the smartest thing I've done. Judgement free and an amazing staff. The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. My message: Don't be afraid, just call and I know you will feel the same way. I've been with him now for a few years and he takes his time discussing options, your choice always and while my teeth were not in amazing shape, I trusted him and today I left there with tears in my eyes because my smile had never looked better. An elevator is available to the 3rd floor office. Everything is bright and inviting. The office reception and waiting area is very nice and the personnel are very friendly and put my at ease right away. They easily explained all the insurance coverage and printed out everything I needed. So far I have only been treated by a very capable hygienist. It's been a few years since I've been to a dentist office so it was like starting all over again. Painless, efficient, gentle, and friendly. Everything was explained in detail. All the problems that I had, how they expected to proceed, a dentist came in to check things out and made recommendations and he too, explained everything. Everyone was very caring and most of all very gentle when I explained I was a wimp with dental pain. Everything in my dental heath plan seemed very reasonable. They took into consideration my time, my money, and my insurance coverage. There was never any pressure to proceed with anything. I am very comfortable going to them.
