He is extremely professional. He took the time to talk to me on phone beforehand to understand exactly what I was looking for. He also gave me tips on how I should dress and what color clothes and makeup will work best. He clicked many pictures and then we picked the one's I liked best. He sent me all the pictures the same day within an hour and photoshopped the ones I liked best the next day. Also he sent me pictures in the format and specifications as I requested. He was really thoughtful in sending us sample galleries from weddings that were similar in venue and style to what we were planning. He was great at communicating about details prior to the wedding, even scouting out potential alternate locations when the forecast showed a chance of rain. On the day itself, James was wonderful. He provided just the right amount of direction while putting everyone at ease and getting a great array of candid shots and special moments. I still don't know how he manages to get so many different angles and shots by himself during the ceremony. We also love the video slideshow he did with the photos and speeches. I will keep this simple and stick to the most recent points of interest for anyone considering using this company for their photography or videography needs. After negotiating an agreement for Paul to both record Video and Photograph an event in Washington DC, Paul dropped and broke his camera. He has held all photographs and video (it's been over a month now), demanding that we pay for his repairs. He sold packages at our event, and has with held these as well, deciding instead to attempt to illicit pressure from our clients to get us to pay for his carelessness in order to have what they have purchased released. Paul has threatened me for posting a negative review. However I do feel that people should be warned prior to using someone like this. There are so many quality photgraphers in the DMV that no one should have to subject themselves to someone who lacks integrity.
