I felt so comfortable with my baby in her care! It was sad seeing her go, but we have transitioned to a new pediatrician there by the name Elizabath Renker and she is just as amazing. Besides the clinicians, I also love the vaccination policy they have in place! The front staff are so nice and always receive us with warm smiles! Will never stop recommending this practice!!! We called with a fever of 104.7 and the incompetent nurse told us to call back the next day because there were no openings. I would think a fever that high would be an exception. I had called the two previous days with a fever of 102 and the same nurse said it was normal after shots. I don't where she went to school but that's not normal. We ended up in the emergency clinic. And surprise surprise, it was another ear infection. If she had listened to my concerns we could have gotten antibiotics in her system 3 days earlier! (And they noticed fluid in her ears during the shots. A clear precursor to an ear infection!) We decided to switch practices because of this incident and I've been trying for 2 weeks to get our records. For some reason they wouldn't physically hand then to me even though I had filled out the proper paperwork and faxed it to them. 2 weeks later and still waiting for our records If you want a hassle-free practice with competent nurses, do not go here.

It was such a relief to come into a clean facility with well trained staff. Everyone who came into our sons waiting room immediately washed their hands before touching him, which doesn't seem like something you'd have to watch for but the previous office did not. Dr. Ganeles has been amazing to work with, not only is she a wealth of knowledge as a pediatric doctor she is also a lactation consultant and helped me with my nursing issues the first day we met her. Her love for her practice and the little ones she cares for is obvious. So grateful to have been referred here!

Thankfully, our first choice, Dr. Manuel Orta's office, has proved to be an excellent choice. Being in the healthcare field myself, which can often be a thankless job, I think it is important to recognize outstanding professionals. Dr. Orta is patient, kind, and very intelligent. Not only is he excellent with our little one, but he takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions & concerns. We have always used Massachusetts General Hospital, and being one of the #1 in the country, it was no surprise we were never disappointed with care from there. I truly did not believe anywhere would match up, but I am so thrilled with the services we have received from Dr. Orta's office. We recommend him to any & all!

My children have aged out of the practice. They went away to college and attended out of state schools, have since married and have even moved out of the country. Now, we need there proof of immunizations I have their baby books with Dr. Sacheti's initials in it but it is not enough for the law school form. And trying to get assistance from the office staff has been very difficult. The office staff has been rude and condescending, and the cost of the overseas call has been fruitless. The print out they gave us was incomplete and when we called for clarification our response from office staff was a horrible and a down right disrespectful experience. My child is about to enter the law school and the application requires exact information. They would not even allow me (the mother) to speak with the doctor personally or even make an appointment with her. I am sure she is unaware of how her office staff has treated a long term patient. We still do not have the information necessary to complete the immunization statistic paperwork.
