We love this practice. They are very busy but efficient. I have always felt the providers care very much for our kids.

I called with a 4 year old that was having difficulty breathing. They put me on hold for 11 minutes before come back on and asking "How can I help you?". Save your money and find a better provider. read more

Have known MPA since 2016, Love Dr.Melekote since then. My little one is very comfortable with the Doctor and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is close by home infact just minutes away! All our family friends are part of MPA and referred us and introduced to Dr.Melekote. MPA has a bunch of other good Doctors and have always heard good things. The plaza has tons of parking and easy access to the premises. read more

This practice is a JOKE. If you only want check ups then fine. Do not expect ANY support outside of that. WORST practice I've EVER used. Sad excuse for a child care facility. read more

Dr Frenkel A new physician with this establishment who has been my psychiatrist for 12 years try to come on to me sexually by giving me her telephone number twice when I broke up with my boyfriend she looked me dead in my eyes and told me to meet her on meet up.com I said OK sure I'll check it out she said oh you're not going to do it and then when I said I wouldn't be coming back for a while to see her as a psychiatric patient because I was getting better she said "oh don't spoil me" she became extremely irritated the more that I separated myself from her care And when I finally decided to discharge myself because I have been feeling better she spazzed out on me and told me off and told me she would talk to me anyway she would like to talk to me she hung up on me and told me that she would no longer help me or Service me and she wouldn't give me an emergency supply of pills and I could not use her as a doctor to keep on call I was told by her and the head physician Dr. SWAMI that I would have to find another doctor she was extremely irritated because I never called her and I just kept blowing her off bottom line there are no laws protecting patients from physicians this was unethical and out of line she could have lord me anywhere and done anything to me and nobody would have been the wiser not even my husband because nobody knew that I had her phone number Respect me the question why would you give your psychiatric patient your cell phone number and insist that they call you and meet you add meet up.com for what reason other than because she was personally interested in me I heard she has a husband and children that makes no difference in 2021 and I'm pretty sure everybody knows that by now she expressed great distaste for my boyfriend and whenever he would come to my appointments she would be rude to me and to him she made racist comments about his religion asking me how could I possibly deal with that specifically referring to his religion this could have been an extremely dangerous situation for me had I actually Called her thinking that it was something innocent when it wasn't I have never been hit on by a woman before so I had no clue it took me a while to actually figure out what was going on and I was wondering why she was spazzing out about me discharging myself read more

Should be given no stars! My preemies went in on Monday and prescribed meds and here I am on a Wednesday STILLLLLLL WAITING!!! Now imagine if I myself neglected to have this taken care of? I would be seen as a bad mother but they can do it and it's OKAY! Sorry this sorry that sorry don't CUT IT! No communication!!!!! Oh and then they send it to a pharmacy I don't even go to and do you think they bothered to even Call and tell me that NOPE good luck running around. Once I went in, in person for the persciption since none of the nurses there communicate with the doctor apparently I had to tell THE NURSE over the phone what to prescribe my babies when she could have just asked the Doctor she WORKS FOR!!!! Oh and then I got released as well!! The nerve! If they aren't afraid to do me with preemies like this they won't for you either because their favorite line is "we see 50 patients a day" I go to a community clinic and receive same day responses in 1hrs time but my preemies get 3 day run arounds and then get released ASAP. read more
