I am now one year post-op from my primary septo/rhinoplasty with Dr. Minoli, and I am beyond dissatisfied with my results and feel that I need to speak out about my experience. To begin, I had the upmost confidence in Dr. Minoli and his skills. He took additional time during my consult, and I truly felt I would have a great rhinoplasty result that was functional. During the consult, I asked for a slightly concave profile with a cute refined lifted tip, and for my deviated septum to be corrected for better breathing; this was not the outcome. I have both aesthetic and functional issues. Aesthetically, the upper third of my dorsum remained convex with a small residual hump. The bones of my upper thirds appeared wide and were visible; this was especially noticeable transitioning from the upper to middle thirds since only a small thin amount of septal cartilage remained. The middle thirds of my nose started caving in (looked like a small dent at first) shortly after surgery, and when viewed from the front, the right middle side of my nose (my left) appeared to be pushed in, as if you would push in clay with your thumb. When viewed from quarter angle it appeared as the middle and lower cartilage was separated from my bone. The lower third also had numerous issues. The tip of my nose was rounder and wider then the upper and middle thirds, and started drooping after a few weeks, my nostrils started to look retracted and formed concavities, and my columella started to look twisted, bent, and lopsided. When I brought my dissatisfaction and concerns to his attention he was completely dismissive and defensive. Functionally, my breathing started to get worse shortly after surgery and the dent in my nose starting looking worse. I reached out to his office alarmed only to be told there was nothing to worry about and no collapse. By 4 months post-op my breathing was so bad I went to an ENT who confirmed I had a mid vault collapse and my deviated septum was never corrected (confirmed by CT-Scan). When I followed up with Dr. Minoli shortly after visiting the ENT, he dismissed my concerns and said allergies were to blame for my breathing and prescribed Flonase. Although, Dr. Minoli offered to do a small revision to bring down the bridge of my nose further, he never acknowledged the collapse, and so, I no longer trusted him, and asked for a full refund of $11,500. I have not heard from his office since-- not even an apology. Please, consider my case before trusting Dr. Minoli with your surgery and care. read more

IDr. Minoli gave me a revision rhinoplasty. He said all the right things he got me to trust him and seemed like he knew what he was talking about, a week later, my cast comes off my nose is twice as big as what I stared with, didn't address any of my concerns. i had another revision with Dr. Minoli from his initial surgery. My breathing only got worse. He never fixed any of the issues. He wanted me to come in for a third revision with him and I refused, he charged me every time, to fix his mistakes. Make a long story short, I wish I would've been warned or read a review like mine before I went to see Him. He is not good with noses. He doesn't know what he's doing especially revisions. It doesn't matter if he's one time board certified three time board certified or 10 time board certified he is utterly and completely clueless. BEWARE, BEWARE. Dr Minoli appears to be kind and caring, but he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. he performed rhino plastic surgery on me. The tip of my nose has bumps is red, swollen and infected, I had a confirmed appointment to see him and he was a no-show. The worst part I flew from Michigan to Las Vegas which I would not have not done if the office didn't confirm my appointment. Also I text in advance to make sure he was available to keep the appointment. I am not really big on writing reviews but I felt that i needed to share my experience. I have been going to this office for literal years prior to Dr. Minoli taking it over - I have been getting an rx filled every month w/no issue. Over the holiday had a refill but did not receive a call that it was ready. I assumed with the holiday it was delayed + I had Covid so not a priority. I called yesterday to be told that I had sent a family member to pick it up. I stated that I did not send anyone & was told again by Danielle that I did send someone & that they gave my name & so they gave my prescription to them. I again reiterated that I never sent anyone, had Covid, never even received a call that it was ready & once again was told again I did send someone - I suggested that they look at their cameras but was told they do not have any, again repeated (btw I was not rude I was more concerned that my meds were given to someone that was not me) that they show that I picked up. At that point I stated "I am not happy that it is being inferred that I am trying steal a months worth of meds" at which point I was told that I was being aggressive and angry - to say that I was taken aback is an understatement - I in no way was being either and frankly was just more surprised that this was happening. I was told that they would speak to the office manager Anita & see if they would be order another dose but they would have to research it & call me back. Remember she spoke with this family member and they gave my name....so it was really bothering me how the tone of the call was so I called back & asked if I could speak with Anita & was told she was on a call & would call me back. Shortly after I get a call back from Danielle and am told that they found my medsrx they were put in the freezer because it had been awhile. I was not surprised that they had them - since as I said I never sent anyone to pick them up...but to be so adamently told that I did send someone & they gave my name etc. I was like wow. so that whole story of family etc. was not actually true. I then explained that I really was surprised over this whole thing & that being told that I was being aggressive & angry when I was not & was only trying to explain that no one was sent on my behalf which is all we can do when being told otherwise. The response I received was that she only said that because I immediately went to that it was being inferred that I was trying to steal something - I explained that I did not immediately go to that - that when someone is trying to explain something in opposition of what you are saying & you continually frame your response as no - you did send someone & they gave your name etc. you can only infer from that you are not telling the truth that some more due diligence on their end should have been done. I was then told that she no longer wished to be on the call (at that point I was put on the speaker & could someone else telling here to hang up the call) & that I could come & get my product - I told her that I still wish to speak with Anita & that I would be there shortly. I was there within the hour - was told Anita was with a patient so we waited approx. 15 min. I explained that I own a small business & I know what it is like when you have employees & they become more like friends/family so it makes it harder to be objective & I understand that this is the worst part of being in business & having to deal with complaints. I was told that they are in the business of plastic surgery & all they deal with is complaints. Basically she sat there gave me a nod of acknowledgement but honestly it was more appeasing me then any type of resolution - I explained that the person at the front is a reflection of your business - I referred alot of people and it is disheartening to know that I am endorsing a place that handles things this way. I am not saying do not go to this office as it is hard enough as a small business this is more informative & just be aware that you may run into issues if a problem arises so be prepared. read more

When I went to have a remove and replacement done for breast augmentation not only did Dr. John. Minolli state and agreed that he over clamped one of my nipples where my implant was surgically going into and he completely tore one of my nipples and when I had seen Dr.. Minolli a couple days after my surgery he admitted that he had the clamp too tight on my nipple in which it tore it up. Not only that he also kept the $900 that Mentor was reimbursing me for my implants. He did the same thing to my girlfriend, in which he refused to give the implant money of $900 back, also to my girl friend in which she advised me to have my breast augmentation done by Dr. minolli. His staff completely played dodgeball as my friend and myself kept calling constantly to try to get them to reimburse the money that was owed to us after Mentor the manufacturer of our Implants had paid dr. Minolli and his staff obviously has been trained to block any conversations pertaining to any reimbursement that he was supposed to have given the both of us and when we contacted Mentor they said that they had paid him $900 for the both of us each and therefore my girlfriend and I, no matter how much we called, and even went to his office, his staff completely blocked us from having the ability for that reimbursement which was a complete rip off, let alone he tore my left nipple by his own bad judgment call. His staff is trained to make sure he keeps money that is not owed to him and not reimburse his patients for the implants paid to me and my girlfriend as they kept putting up a huge argument in which Mentor kept stating that they had cut him a check for $900 for each of us. Don't trust him he is a thief and he will tear up your body. I have witnesses that can attest to this. Beware, you will not get paid back the money that Mentor the manufacturer of your implants will pay him. And he does not budge, nor does his staff. They just keep blocking you from having any ability from speaking with him to claim what is yours let alone the damage he did to my nipple. read more

I read the reviews of this surgeon and wondered if the same person did my surgery as did theirs. It doesn't seem possible. I waited almost a year to write a review thinking that the imperfections in liposuction procedure would go away. No, not even close. I went in and met Dr. Minoli and thought he was nice, personable and knowledgeable. He talked an inordinate amount and I had precious little time for it, but I was about to put my sedated self in this person's hands so I thought it best I listen. And listen. And listen. He took the photos, mapped out the sections, blah blah and we came up with a plan to do lipo on a broad range of areas to the tune of over 7K. That's a lot of change for the deformed results I got. The day of everything went well. I didn't come out of anesthesia very quickly so I had to stay a bit longer. Not sure why that happened as I've been put under before with no bad effects. Anyway, I lived in Vegas and knew literally no one. His assistant gave me a ride home and I was told not to drive, etc. The doctor was supposed to come visit me at home per him but that never happened. As a matter of fact, they called and talked to me a million times before the surgery and then after I didn't hear anything except one visit that I made. Funny how once they got the money I became a nobody. I've had plastic surgery before and was asked to come in a few times afterward to make sure everything was healing properly. Not here. So, the results. I have deep indentions on the backs of both arms where the needle was used. It looks terrible, but that isn't the worst part. The worst part was when I told him that the most important part of my body that I really wanted to look perfect was my stomach. It wasn't terrible, but I'd had a child and it was the area that really needed the most attention. Dr. Minoli managed somehow to get the bottom of my stomach and then the top, but in the middle is this sag that makes me a little sick. No matter what I do, lose weight, exercise (I'm in great shape, lipo was to 'shape' my body due to being 45 at the time) it's always there. This weird fat pocket that looks terrible. I'm so unhappy that I won't even call and have the repair it. With all of his talking my body should have looked like a million bucks, but now it looks like I spent way too much money. I'll definitely have to spend more money to fix this mess. I'm incredibly unhappy with his shoddy work. I'd never go back. read more

I also tried the Dr. for Botox and Juvaderm, to fill in my lips, I was concerned I was going to come out looking terrible but again just like the rest of his work they came out natural and couldn't be more pleased. I also liked that he does all his injectables himself, I knew then I was in the best hands possible. He defiantly is a master at his craft. I must say Dr. Minoli is THE BEST OF THE BEST! At first, I was impressed with Dr. Minoli: I got my initial appointment with him in order to get my acne scars treated with fillers. However, the treatment is not permanent and I had to see him frequently for a touch-up. He was never in a rush and invested much time at the first consultation. This is certainly a plus. But then one day, his office cancelled my appointment (without rescheduling for a new date) which I scheduled 5 months out: So after waiting 5 months, the office or doctor cancelled my appointment the day before the appointment was to take place. I totally understand that things happen, but I called 3x and texted afterwards to get a new appointment, but they just said they would get back to me to reschedule me. I never received a returned phone call or any new appointment. I think this was so negligent. After I followed up again 2 weeks later, they simply ignored my request for an appointment. I wanted to spent my money there and to only be blown off is beyond unprofessional. I don't understand why this all happened, but I suspect that this whole drama could be connected to a remark I made at one of my previous consultations: I mentioned to Dr. Minoli that I didn't like the result in one particular spot and he lost his temper and started yelling at me. Maybe he simply wants to get rid of patients that criticize his work?! I recommend finding another doctor to begin with and not getting into this drama. read more

Dr. Minoli is so sweet and amazing. He is a true artist. I never feel like he is rushing me, either in consult or on the table. He wants to do it right! He is also kind and funny. I am so comfortable with him. I had some work done a year ago, loved the results. When I went back a year later, he remembered little details of conversation we had about my heritage and college. It just melted my heart. Point blank: When you are with him, you are not just a number. You are his concern, and his priority. I Love him. His nurses really are awesome too. The most amazing Dr. here in Vegas!! Dr. Minoli is a complete perfectionist, and who wouldn't want that when it comes to your face!!
