After countless hours of research on which doctor to see for my breast augmentation, I finally decided on Dr. Stile. From start to finish, Dr. Stile and his team have gone above and beyond in every aspect. Scheduling a consult was so easy, I sent in a request on their website and I received a text the next business day. The front office staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, I scheduled my appointment and they sent over some e-docs for me to sign, that way when I arrived to my appointment I could be seen immediately. On the day of my consultation, I showed up a few minutes early (just in case) and was greeted by the front desk. They have a coffee bar and freshly popped popcorn available while you wait. I was taken back by Teena, she asked me a few questions and then Dr. Stile came in. I was so impressed to see that I was able to meet with him before the day of surgery. Heavy, oversized boobs plagued me my entire adult life. When I went in for a consultation with Dr. Stile, I had already seen two other plastic surgeons prior to seeing Dr. Stile for a tummy tuck back in 2015 and the moment I met Dr Stile I already knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. Everything went smooth from start to finish. From calling to scheduling a consult was easy, walking in the building was beautiful, the staffs in the front was friendly. When they called me in and I met Dr. Stiles he was so friendly, and took his time to listen and explain and asked if I had any questions. His bedside manner was excellent and I knew he was the one that will do my surgery. So I booked and paid for surgery. On my surgery day, Dr. Stile marked me up again and was reassuring me I'll be fine and that I'm in good hands and that gave me peace of mind. When they wheeled me in, next thing I knew I was done. I had a Mommy Makeover done by Dr. Stile 14 months ago, and I have been very pleased with his work and impressed by his skill and approach at every step of the way. Consultation: I was nervous that I was going to have that movie nightmare experience where the doctor would circle every flaw on my body and pile-on procedures. Not the case at all! He advised that I didn't need liposuction and cautioned me about implant sizing. Procedure day: He answered all of my last minute questions and introduced me to his team that would be working with him. During the procedure he did not like how my skin (circulation) was responding to the implants so he decided not to put them in. The next day he told me we would reschedule the implants at a later date and cover the additional expenses (facility, anesthesia, etc). I think this speaks volumes about Dr Stile's character and how much you can trust in him. I was so pleased with the results of just the lift, I decided not to do the implants and was refunded the costs associated with them. So not only did he do great work, I'm grateful for his integrity and him putting my health first. One Year Later: I feel great! I look great! I'm so happy I did this, in particular, the abdominal muscle repair really made a difference in my quality of life and my physical fitness. I still have very noticeable stretch marks, but none of the excess skin. I swell in my lower abdomen daily, which seems common for many women who have a tummy tuck. Even though I wasn't a patient of his, he went over and above. He is incredibly caring and knowledgable. This review is a long time coming. I had my surgery in January 2024. It's now December. I had gynecomastia reduction ... something I've needed since probably 1993. I'm 47 years old. My previous surgeries were chin liposuction, and a rhinoplasty. Both were done in NYC. I do think that matters. Having lived in Las Vegas for nearly 2 years, I can now say with confidence that the medical system out here in my opinion is not as good as what I've experienced in California or New York. And that's why even though I felt the care I received was better in NYC, for Las Vegas, Dr. Stile is most likely the best option in this entire state. Lori at the office made me feel very welcome, and deserves to be mentioned by name. Mariana too. And Shannon who was amazing at blood draw and has the best bedside manner I've experiened in Vegas. My research before choosing Dr. Stile was thorough, and what tipped me to choose the office was that the Dr who performed my rhinoplasty was following him on Instagram, along with the other Vegas doc I was strongly considering. Plus, Dr. Stile was heavily promoting gynecomastia surgery at the time I was looking. Word of caution: if you have high blood pressure, make sure you are on your meds and have it under control. Apparently I gave the office a scare in recovery since my BP was in the stroke range. And I was not regularly taking my meds. I am now! I would describe Dr. Stile as nice, personable, authentic, but probably extremely sensitive. He cares for sure, but I felt like I had to tread carefully not to offend at all steps of my care, because I was trusting him to work on my body. And so, if you aren't someone very emotionally intelligent, this probably isn't the place for you. But I could tell Dr. Stile definitely cared and listened. What was notable was I had mentioned his before and after pics for gynecomastia did not seem as convincing as other docs I'd seen, but I was trusting him anyway based on the rationale I'd shared earlier, and that progress, not perfection was what I would consider success. He took that feedback to heart, told me as much, and let me know he was going to be updating his website as a result of that feedback with more recent examples. The day before surgery he left me a nice voicemail. I appreciated that. Truly. Because I was nervous, given that all surgeries are risky and I was prepared for the worst (as in, not waking back up). Thank goodness I'm still here and that didn't happen. I'm grateful that upon waking up, I did not have a sore throat from the breathing tube like I did with my rhinoplasty. However, being cathetered was by far the most unpleasant experience. I was being asked to void, but I had nothing in my bladder. Then one of the nurses cathetered me (painful) and lo and behold, there was barely any urine. I'm still kind of upset about it to be honest, lol. But oh well. I wore my compression garment for about a month. Recovery was smooth and exciting. Seeing a video of my surgery posted on his Instagram profile to the music of "Differences" by a '90s R&B singer was a pleasant surprise. I smiled. In the months following the surgery I noticed my chest was not as flat as I would have liked, and the glandular tissue under my nipples was still there, coupled with growing scar tissue that gave my pecs a droopy appearance - and Dr. Stile acknowledged this. However, Dr. Stile assured me that if the scar tissue didn't resolve, he would take care of it. And there was also an extra crease in my stomach area that I didn't like or ask for (forgot to mention I got liposuction too). My hypothesis is that Dr. Stile may have started abdominal etching but realized I changed my mind but forgot, hence the one crease on the side. But all in all, nearly a year later, I can finally write this review with a good conscience because I'm genuinely happy with my results now. I look MUCH better in shirts now and my gyno is basically gone. And Dr. Stile elected not to cut out the gland tissue under my nipple to avoid the risk of scarring. The result is a natural look. I'm also super impressed with the way the post-surgery crepe skin along my pecs eventually went away. And the incision scars have faded away too. All in all, my life has vastly improved. Thank you, Dr. Stile. I'm excited to see what I can now accomplish body-wise with the wonderful head start that Dr. Stile's expertise delivered. Again, I do think from a Vegas standpoint, I made the right call. So if getting this surgery in Las Vegas is your only option, and not say, NYC or California, I would say proceed. And be patient. Update: I just found out there's more deformity than I originally thought after finding a surgeon who actually specializes in rhinoplasty, there's something wrong with my tip now of my nose and I have to pay even more money than originally planned to fix it because they have to take cartilage from another part of my body to fix the tip of my nose because Dr stile took too much off. FYI: if u leave a 5 star rating you get a free cosmetic treatment next door at Dr. Stile's clinic...Keep that in mind as u read feedbacks. Had breast augmentation in 2014 by Dr. Stile. I asked for realistic and that's what I got. One year ago this month I went in for a breast lift and smaller implants with Dr. Stile as I was a 40G. I asked for very fake looking full breasts this time. I nowhere near what I asked for. I also asked for just a little bit of the areola be removed and almost half of it was removed instead! I was never given ANY handouts or info on what to expect, the way the healing could look, etc., so I felt alone. It was often times panicked by what was happening with them and how they were looking and had, in hindsight, far too many office visits when all I needed was a handout telling me or showing me what to expect so that I knew it was normal. It took like five office visits for Dr. Stile to tell me what I was going through was normal and then I was completely relieved and fine with everything, but until that point I felt like I was not healing right. There needs to be information disseminated. He literally spends maybe 2 minutes in the room with you on follow-up appointments. I tried to express my disappointment and the issues with my right breast & he just told me to take the softening medication every night and to wait. You are never allowed to bring your spouse in to the room with you which I do not understand whatsoever. Some of us need that emotional support. When I was all drugged up and knew I would not remember what I was being told they still would not let him go back with me! And they send you home with no instructions or details of your visit. The scars were so thick so he took me back into surgery saying that he was going to remove them. Attached is a photo that I took today, September 11, 2024. It looks horrible! He did not even touch this scar even though that is what he took me back into surgery to remove. When I asked why he left this large scar I got no good explanation. It is god-awful to look at. It is also so thick that it often physically hurts and causes discomfort. My right breast has gotten harder and harder with every month and feels encapsulated since filling it to make it fuller. I have not missed even one dosage of the Singulair for softening. He assured me from the beginning that he would do "whatever it took to make me happy with the results". I accepted that they looked nothing like I asked for, although he said he could do that at initial appt. I knew I needed to just move on and deal with the issues at hand. I felt like I was getting such a brush-off at my office appointments with him that I actually told him I would not be coming back. So even though he promised he was going to do whatever it took, it sure did not feel or seem that way. He had no response. Within 90 days my right breast now started to cause me real pain. I have to have a bra on or else it hurts when u supported. I should not have to be in pain from the breast I had been complaining about for months and months! So I went in again and he sent me next door to his salon and I had 2 authorized cavitation procedures done which are $250 each. After the 2nd procedure, I noticed that about a quarter of an inch of the lower breast had gotten softer. That gave me some hope so I called the office and asked for more treatments. Besides, the gentleman who gave me the treatment said that it takes 6 to 8 of those treatments to have any real results take place and last. Dr. Stile had one of his staff tell me that I would have to pay for any further treatment. So what happened to doing whatever it took to make the breast right? Why would anyone spend $20,000 & be made to pay for any kind of weekly maintenance to try to even make the surgery okay to avoid pain?! My right breast is so hard. It feels like it's just full of bone according to my husband...OUCH! it causes me pain and discomfort both from the scarring shown in photo as well as the really tight hardening of the implant or around the implant (I'm not even sure which it is) & my nipple stays flat and does not pop out, and also as you can see in the photo I have this dent that goes right through the areola, which is VERY unsettling. It makes my breast look deformed, literally! I paid $20,000 to look this way. Shameful. The office staff is AMAZING, though! I'm so sad. read more

I recently went to Dr Stile to have my breast implants removed as one was leaking and they were WAY past replacement recommendations. He did both and he was very diligent in my after treatments, but regardless, one started to encapsulate. I've had this issue before and had them replaced twice prior to this operation. He was not happy with the one breast and we scheduled for a second surgery, which was done with minimal costs. They are both soft now. He also did an under lid lift to remove the bags under my eyes. I look 10 years younger now that the old lady bags are gone. He has a very high standard with how he wants to patients to look and feel. I'm glad he doesn't try to push you out the door once surgery is complete. He's a very caring doctor also. His office staff makes you feel right at home.
