She is also the co-owner of the home. Our own agent cannot meet us there because we are coming into town last minute. I would skip this agency and choose another that is willing to work with you. It should not matter if you have an agent or not. The level of service is what matters. Now we know and can let others that are looking to buy homes in the area to choose another agency.
