I was referred to Johnny and he was prompt and very patient and offered a better solution than some other plumbing companies. Finished the job quickly and with great attention to detail. Their prices was also more reasonable than two other plumbing companies I had quotes for a replacement. Thank you Johnny and Baruche! I needed a new dual shut-off valve in my kitchen for the sink and dishwasher lines, a relatively minor job, but the old single shut-off valve had failed and I couldn't get my dishwasher repaired until it was replaced. I wasn't sure of the exact part I needed and didn't want to DIY it under the sink at my age lol. Jonathan of Platinum Plumbing was completely helpful over the phone, and I texted him a couple photos of the existing hookup. He was able to get the part(s) and his terrific plumber, Baruch, out to my house within two days for the repair and replacement. Baruch was easily one of the most professional, courteous and expert service technicians who has ever come out to my house in 25 years of ownership. Perfect install. A pro's pro. I was completely impressed. I received my invoice with a couple days of the repair, a fair and reasonable price. Even their billing person, Pamela, was thoughtful and pleasant when I made my payment. I have had countless repair people in my house for various projects over many years. Some were not very proficient, friendly or professional. I'm happy to say that Jonathan, Baruch and Pamela of Platinum Plumbing are my new Gold Standard and I definitely will call them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Update to your response: pictures are worth a thousand words. Huge eye sore from what was there…read morepreviously. There was no screaming on my end. I am around my children and couldn't get a word in. I asked to please not be cut off or interrupted several times. Someone who is being cut off can't even have the ability to scream and anyone who knows me, knows that I don't have the heart or capacity to scream. When Sarah was cutting be off, raising her tone, name calling, and being disrespectful, I went into a moment of shock because it was so shocking! Screaming is not a response to being in shock, but being direct and assertive are. I am so sorry she cannot handle her emotions. She should not be doing customer service. She also misrepresented herself and said she is the part owner of the company and I could not speak with anyone else because she was it. To find out she is also lying to customers about her role just is the nail in the coffin. If the homeowner was happy with the job as you describe, he would not have pulled his own permit for inspection? Those two statements do not make sense together. He got his own inspection through the city because he's concerned about the job your company did. The gapping in the piping cannot be sealed with siding as it sticks out past siding and is piping. Gapping inside piping as a result of the recent job should have been closed off/ fixed by a plumber, not a sider. (The old silver piping was from the original unit. The new pvc tubing was sent through it. The gaping is between the old piping and the new piping not between the piping and siding.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Terrible customer service!! Horrible eye sore of a job. Will never hire them again. Unfortunately, I had no say in hiring then. I would've chosen #1 water heaters who has amazing customer service and work. Unfortunately, my homeowner chose this company. I called to inquire why a permit was not done. I thought it was a requirement when new gas plumbing and gas water heater are installed to pull a permit and the tech previously told me they would permit it so, I was confused when The City of Lake Stevens inspections and permit informed me no permit was on file. The City of Lake Stevens advised me to call them so, I did. I also asked if they could fix the eye sore of a job to prevent rodents and critters/birds from building nests in the gapping? She said no because it's good enough and sealed on the inside. I was so shocked that they're ok with how this looks and potential for water, rodents, birds inside. The new plumbing was way smaller than the old and sits in the old's dwelling. It looks terrible. She said the homeowner singed the form that he didn't want a $100 permit. I asked if that was legal to offer to do jobs without permits. Between that question and trying to explain what medical things we went through with carbon monoxide in our home and explaining how our previous water heater (not new construction) in Lake Stevens required a permit which is also confusing and asking her to please not speak over me, Sarah got SO angry and could not manage her emotions. She literally lost it. She started name calling and hung up on me. I tried to call back, but she hung up again. Apparently, she owns the company (per her response when I asked to speak with someone else about my concerns.) She even called the homeowner names. Super, super unprofessional. All we wanted was a safe job done for the safety of our family.

It would be difficult to overstate my frustration with Patriot. Their technician was a no-call…read moreno-show for my HVAC repair appointment. I tried calling their office multiple times that day and each of the following days. Every time I called, both during regular office hours and on the weekend, I was shunted off to their messaging service instead of being connected directly to their HVAC team. It was unbelievably frustrating that I could not talk to anyone who could do anything to help, especially during regular office hours. I left a message each time anyway, but did not get a response from a member of the team until four days later. No part of this experience was acceptable. I understand that schedules change, parts don't come in on time, etc, but I cannot understand the lack of communication. I had to stay home the entire day of my appointment waiting for the technician, which disrupted my work schedule. I spent the next day at home too, just in case he or any other member of the team called and was able to make it out then, which meant canceling other plans. The only reason I kept calling after that instead of giving up and finding help elsewhere is because I had already paid over $800 to get a replacement part ordered. All of this happened after sweating through multiple weeks of Patriot's lead time that my girlfriend, our pets, and I spent in the summer heat with a nonfunctional heat pump. Now that I have my refund in hand for their "service", I have sought the assistance of another HVAC service company in town who actually picks up the phone when I call and shows up for scheduled appointments. I will be encouraging my friends in the valley with HVAC issues to avoid Patriot at all costs. I'm at a loss to explain how they're still in business.
