We are under an Intent To Lease agreement (signed and everything); we have worked with the leasing party for SEVEN months while the ex-tenant moved and the space was supposed to be prepared for our nonprofit to move in. TWO WEEKS before opening John L Scott informs us they will NOT be leasing to us for no fault of our own, they just changed their damn minds. Again we have a signed agreement, we've been planning to lease this property since October, but John L. Scott thinks it's appropriate to back out a couple weeks before opening. What kind of incompetent real estate company and agent holds an open house after accepting an offer on a house the night before, and does not change the signage or update the Zillow or Redfin? We are discussed with the Renton John L Scott office on NE 4th managed by Moshcatel Albie. We recently bought a house from a good agent at this office, however during the closing procedures he was taken VERY ill and was fighting for his life. The manager showed NO respect for us to notify our broker, let alone the escrow company or us. The lack of total disrespect was disgraceful. The fact that they showed no concern to let any of us know what happened or that he would not be able to attend our day of closing was not expectable. They never called even the following week to apologize for not letting us know and still to this day 2 weeks later have made no attempt to apologize for their lack of notification and consideration. I also find this highly insulting to the agent that works for them Albie Moshcatel showed him no respect either. The worst part is that Albie Moshcatel made a HUGE profit from the sale as all real-estate companies do during sales of houses and there was nothing we could do about it. They cared nothing about us yet they made money off of us. There are many other offices of John L Scott we highly recommend you use one of the other offices, this one clearly is not buyer friendly & Albie Moshcatel does not have conscience to do the right thing. read more
