The actual exams aren't bad and everyone has always been quite friendly. My wait has never been too bad either and it's a clean establishment. Most frames are pretty expensive, so I just go with the most decent frames I can get that are completely covered by my insurance and then pay for my contacts on the side. My biggest complaint is they make requesting your information so complicated and I just gave up for now. Maybe it's who I talked to (she could have been new or something I don't know) but she wouldn't even fax it over when I said I could do it that way if it was easier. I feel like she didn't like when I said I wanted to start ordering my contacts online, and maybe look into ordering some new frames and lenses online because it would be more affordable than the frames they offer (that I actually like). I'd look into going elsewhere if I could to be honest, but my insurance only covers so many places in the area. At least it isn't terrible but I feel like it should be easier to have my own information sent over to me especially with other places in the past I have had no problem...
