She communicated with Dr. Nelson and he was, as always, responsive and helpful. There is no arrangement of words to express what Dr. Nelson has done for my husband over the years. Recognition also to Ann! Ann is more than just the 'surgery scheduler'- she made the time to come out and speak with me and bring her skills to answer questions around a new surgery. It's been challenging to wait (several years) for a surgery that has potential to bring relief for my husband. Ann was absolutely right on the problem. Without her involvement, from her critical scheduling position, we would not have known about recent changes. She took the time to go beyond anything we could have anticipated. Thanks to her involvement, my husband is now able to schedule the long-awaited surgery.
