The overseas answering service they use for appointments is awful. I would rate them a zero for communication, scheduling, calling back in a timely manner, hard to understand and just a waste of time. AUS probably loses a lot of customers, because of their answering service. I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars in hopes that I NEVER have to use the answering service again. I complained and bothered them so many times I have direct lines to the people I need to talk with.

Each time they move the new appointment by 3 or 4 months. I complained after the last cancellation and they gave me a new appointment two days later. But...not with Dr Gburek. I saw a PA student. Fifteen minutes later a licensed PA arrived. He made a request for a return visit in a month BUT... with a different PA. I called the office manager and was told that the next appointment available for Dr Gburek is in 3 months. Don't use this practice.
