Money over patient care. What happened to the oath of do no harm, by not able to keep this appointment he is at risk for infection. I stated I have had a stent in the past and it's hard to do anything and how long would I need to have the stent. Stephen Larsen promised me I would be back in two weeks to blast the stone and take the stent out. So today I get a call from the surgical scheduling team and they stated they couldn't get me in til September 30. I asked why and they stated Stephen Larsen is on vacation and this is all they could do. I stated I was in extreme pain and discomfort and I am having a difficult time at work due to the pain. She came and stated this is all we have and we can bring you in for an appointment. Again I was told only two weeks and it would be taken care of. After surgery no one from the team went and talked to my family or me. Then I was admitted due to being septic so the nurse called their office to let them know and they stated oh well we have signed off on her and to deal with it. Seriously my infection and my high fever was due to the 12mm stone. Their office staff are rude and have no manners like Stephen Larsen he has no bed side manners at all. I would highly recommend not going to this office period. I have a stent and a 12mm stone still in my kidney and in serve pain and they don't give a crap about their patients.
