I have been calling and texting Mark since November to make arrangements for them to complete the job and have been assured that they will get to it "next week". We do not have a shower curtain (they haven't installed the rod I bought), we do not have a handheld shower head, and the door to the bathroom was not installed as asked. Maybe the service is better for bigger jobs? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend using MGR based on my experience.

He did measurements, and then made an appointment to come back and discuss the process. The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. Our bedroom is beautiful, and it looks as if it was always that size.
