They said I would have to be there in 15 minutes, not a minute later and my GPS said I was gonna be 16 minutes late. They wouldn't even take me for one minute after 15. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have been here one time but it's been months ago. I'm not from Kentucky and it is really ridiculous that they acted like that. Get your GPS straight.

She makes a joke about it, then she proceeds to pass the hairdryer from right to left while it's on and a quarter size chuck of my hair gets pulled into the dryer & ripped out my head while other parts get burnt. I said I was done she takes off to the back. I go over to my husband (he's just getting done)to tell him what happened. His stylist starts laughing. We only pay for his cut and leave. I talked to the GM and she said all she could do was offer a few hair cuts and apologized said she would talk to the stylist and the one who laughed at me being hurt. Recently my hubby went back for one of those "free cuts". He asked for his usual cut(a fade leave top alone) an the stylist keeps asking "ok so size 0 then?"he repeats same hair cut yea , she asks him 3 more times laughing. She proceeds to shave his entire head bald he gets upset and she says again laughing she will only charge him for a child's hair cut. He is embarrassed and leaves.
