One is close to my front door. The other is ON my door and it's from the City of Olathe. Either these people can't read, or they don't give a crap. They think they can do what they want. How does that translate to a contractor? Well, you ask for one thing and they do another. Then they charge you for it. If you don't agree to pay, they will threaten legal action. So fun. He's guided by his religion too. Take that for what you will. But, it's pretty easy to hurt people then ask for forgiveness in the sorry box. They low balled me on the numbers left on my door. There's NO WAY anyone could paint my house for the $5,750 quoted...with an additional discount of $1,500, so $4,250. I had over 10 quotes 4 years ago. The price they quoted on their flier was less than half of the lowest quote I got 4 YEARS AGO. Run, do not walk from this group. I trust what I flushed this morning better.
