If you ever own a business, you may end up in a Jonna group commercial building. This group owns a…read moreton all over MI. If you do sign a contract with them, do be sure the shop is by an anchor. Don't be unlucky like me and pick a spot with no anchor store, as it's hard to survive and the lease term was for 5 years. That's a long term if your store isn't doing well every month and year to year and their leases for a new store front can be $7+ or even more. The group wants their money at all cost. They are greedy and money hungry and will go to great legal lengths if needed to get their money too. Do choose wisely when you partner up with a commercial landlord around MI. This is my cautionary tale.

They clearly give no care to community, so I feel that says a lot of how much they care about properties or the people they do business with at all. Shame on A.F. Jonna for being uncaring "af" when they could have and can do so much good by investing instead of adding to the number of historic places being lost instead of invested in.
