This office gave us the absolute run around for two months--first we were told to not open a claim on our policy, then told the opposite, and that "we could have found the replacement and compensation for a way better price" after we asked to be considered for a refund. The damage amounted to well over $6,000. They proceeded to pay less than half of that, insisting that a like for like replacement that we needed was not necessary, so, I guess people who actually do these things for a living just do not know what they're talking about. We paid over $3,000 out of pocket, and no one responded from the responsible party's end. State Farm is one thing--but do NOT go to this branch.
