Their is no personal service but rather a business plan that gets you in and out, in a confined room (+ 3 patients at a time) with no privacy. The equipment used is either useless or extreme. Injuries were not only ignored but more were actually incurred. At checkout, the charges were increased due to me having injuries I reported (bruised ribs). X-rays were ordered but were useless as to the reported pain, except for the Dr. to justify a dozen more "alignment " sessions unrelated to the reported issues. A rushed consultation was given but cut short due to overbooked sessions waiting. All appointments made were cancelled to avoid further injury. Go to a real chiropractor that listens and addresses the problem, not a facility who's only priority it to minimize time, pack in patients like cattle and overcharge for services. This type of operation is what gives Chiropractic services a bad name.

One reschedule - fine. 2 reschedules - in a row - for a company that has a very limited presence in their Huntsville, Alabama office is quite concerning. When I asked re: the cause for this pattern of reschedules I has told that "C" was on a pleasure trip with his wife (by the way - I was called on a Sunday - both reschedule calls have come in on a Sunday from private phone numbers - not the office line). Additionally , "C" is not part of the clinical staff - he is the marketing staff! When I pointed this out and asked about the availability of the clinical staff, I was also told that the "doctor" would not be in either. This has all the earmarks of an unprofessional - and perhaps not trustworthy clinical practice. My health is of importance to me and I am afraid to continue with this company - I no longer believe that they have either the willingness/capability/expertise to provide the services for which I paid.

Wish I could say the same about the office staff, in particular the registration desk. I had an appointment on September 17th and got there 45 minutes ahead of time and signed in. I sat right next to the registration desk, watching the interaction of the three employees working. Sporadically. After seeing four people being checked in that signed in after I did, I approached the desk, as I didn't want to miss my appointment. McKenzie had previously checked a patient in and must have pulled more than one slip. She had taken check-in paperwork to the wall between the procedure hall and then walked to the back of the reception area and was...talking to another of the employees in the reception area. She eventually walked to the desk and asked if I had a question. I explained the problem. She told me she had my slip and to take a seat and she'd call me up in a minute. Then, and this is a quote, she said "The next time you want to complain have a little patience.  We have other things to do than check-ins." I looked at her and said "Pardon me" and she repeated it. If I had not been with Dr Cosgrove for over a decade, I would be looking for a new Pain Management physician. But the worst is, I requested a contact by a supervisor once I got home and cooled off, and have YET to hear from anyone!

They are absolutely fantastic, they made sure we were all took care of and had everything we needed for our stay while they figured out what was going on, they came in and checked constantly, and nurse miss julie was absolutely wonderful !!
