This guy cannot think strategically at all and his brain works on randoms details. His understanding of Business matters is poor and he could not communicate the issues involved in valuing a business or anything complex regarding assets. He was unorganized and refused to make outlines for court presentations and just shot from the hip each day - What a mess!! He does not prepare any of his own law and motion and just presented his underlings work in court without really knowing the issues.
