wanted to write this review for this company in response to a few negative reviews from people that used a Living Social or Groupon for there services. I have been using Buckeye All Stars Cleaning since they first opened up in 2012. Back then they had a Amazon Local coupon that I purchased. I look back and have to tell you it was the best thing I ever did. This company treats you like a member of there family. They are always checking up on my family members and myself to see how we are doing. There cleaning has been outstanding every time. They come and always make sure everything is cleaned before they leave. My home has never looked better, since they started. Some of these negative reviews below are not about there cleaning service, however it's always about the customer not getting the days they wanted or not in there service area. This company always states that they try to come the day the customer request, however it is not guaranteed. They do this because they don't rush jobs, they want to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied. They go way out of there way to do this. The Living Social and Groupon coupons are not designed to clean a full size home. They were designed to show there abilities of cleaning. These people expect way too much for these coupons. Also the gentleman from Delaware who said they caused some damage. I know for a fact the products they use would never do that. They also wouldn't take your closet doors off to clean. Why one earth would they do this? Sounds like you didn't like them even before they arrived. They offer a guarantee also that they will redo a cleaning if your not happy and I was told by them you refused. The other comments were people way out of there service area in Dayton, Ohio. Why on earth would these people drive a total of 200 miles to come clean your home for a $35.00 Living Social or Groupon coupon? They would be fools to do this since they would spend more on gas. There website and information they send you clearly states they only service an area of 30 miles from Delaware, Ohio. It even states it on the coupon before you purchase. It is your lack of reading the fine print for not knowing this. This cleaning company is the best one out there. I love this company and will be with them while I'm in Delaware, Ohio. Please take my advice and hire them. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. I was amazed when I signed up for my cleaning appointment as everything was available online and I received text alerts and email messages regarding my cleaning appointment. I even received a text message that they were on there way and when the job was completed. The day after I received a follow up from them to see how the cleaning appointment went. This company is very high tech oriented and customer friendly. They did a great job cleaning and made sure everything was cleaned. Leroy, Craig and Betty were my cleaners and were very friendly and made sure I was happy I have a business and notice how Yelp will hide the good reviews under the section "not recommended reviews" and put the bad reviews up front. Yelp does this so the small business owner will have to pay for there advertising service of $300.00 to get the good reviews up front. They did this to this company and mine as well. If you look under the not recommended reviews of this company there are several great reviews of this company. I also noticed that most, if not all the negative reviews of this company are for non service issues. They are mostly about people out of there service area, or people who bought a Living Social or Groupon and expected for things not covered under the coupon or they didn't purchase enough time to complete the items they wanted. People grow up, as they cannot clean a mansion in one hour. It seems like some of these people that bought a coupon expected everything cleaned and wanted there appointment that day or they were going to put a bad review out there. This company hands down is the best one out there. If you are looking for a cleaning company, take my advice and select them. You won't be disappointed and will have them for many years. I am very surprised pleasantly! My boyfriends birthday was upcoming and I needed help to get ready. With party planning and getting everything together there just wasn't enough time to get the cleaning done as well. Step in Buckeye All Star Cleaning to my rescue. I used their online scheduling from Facebook which was absolutely great! While I was contacting guests I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and the pricing was great! I looked at several other services and their pricing was decent but the checklists were not nearly as impressive for the money. I booked my appointment and there were 3 guys that arrived. I was surprised to say the least that I had guys arrive to clean. Well it got even better. I showed them my problem areas and asked if they would be able to complete everything and boy did they ever! My tub surround had darker areas that don't seem to want to come off no matter how much cleaning I did. These guys not only got them off but there wasn't that awful bleach smell that normally you get. To keep from making this longer every room was completed from top to bottom and it smelled great, I don't know what they used but it was a very pleasant smell. I will be having them come back in the next few months to touch up and looking at their carpet and window cleaning services also. I would and have recommended these guys to my friends! What a breath of fresh air...Literally! This company is definitely making strides to improve their customer service. If you work with them they will work with you and it is definitely worth it. I love that I can go to their website and schedule so I don't need to haggle back and forth with someone to get a day and time that works best for me. With working and attending school I don't have time to wait. I loved how they took the extra effort to even clean my ceiling fan and baseboards which I've had other cleaning companies come and these were completely ignored. The gentlemen that came to clean were courteous and diligent with getting my apartment cleaned. I purchased the deal using a Groupon which was a really great deal. With Groupon it is always either hit or miss, this time it was a hit. I would highly recommend using these guys and will have them back in the near future. Our company has been using Buckeye All Stars Cleaning for about two years now and we love the office cleaning service. We have them come every weekend to clean our office while we are closed. We give them full access to our building and never had any issues. They are very trust worthy and make sure our office is always cleaned when we arrive that following Monday. My husband and I began using Buckeye All Star Cleaning in January, 2014 and have been using them to clean our house every three (3) weeks since that time. We are very pleased with their cleaning service, the very reasonable price of this service, and the great communication they always extend to us. These guys rock!!!! I had my parents coming for a week and was desperate to get everything together before their arrival. I was supposed to have 3 cleaners but only 2 arrived. There was a guy and a woman. They were not only friendly but very knowledgable. I had a dark stain in the base of my shower that would never come up no matter how hard i tried to remove it. The woman who cleaned it knew her stuff and not only removed the stain but made my shower door sparkle. They were there less than 2 hours but really put a dent in my cleaning tasks. I've read the other reviews including the "not recommended". I really don't rely on review site review's as usually they are nothing more than people complaining about not having the world served to them on a platter. But I have used this company and can tell you that aside from small schedule issue which I will add they were very accommodating with me on. They do a fantastic job! These guys are AWESOME! I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely be using them. I requested they use Natural/Green products and they came prepared with "Method" products that I use. They vacuumed my floors that I had cleaned before they arrived and their vacuum made by Shark pulled even more dirt out of my carpets. They also used another Shark product to clean my Kitchen and wood floors. Everything looked great when they were done and smelled wonderful! Super heroes! What can I say! My Kitchen and Bathrooms have never looked so good. For a Mom of 3 they are superheroes. What a team.
