All I got back was 1 bathing suit, 2 dresses, 2 shorts, and 1 tank! My son got back 2 shirts, 2 swim shorts, 1 bathing suit, 3 shorts, 1 pair of pj's, my husband got back his work clothes! I dropped off 2 WEEKS WORTH OF CLOTHES! And the best they can tell me is they'll look at the cameras. Ok, cool, but the clothes obviously aren't at their facility so what will they do to replace them? The manager said "I don't know". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I'm missing bathing suits for everyone in my family, shorts for everyone in my family, my tops, my boys shirts, jeans, EVERYTHING BRAND NEW!!! Update: Just got a call from the manager, this time I talked to a female manager but the manager I talked to from before was male... she called to say she found a bag of clothes and started going through it. After the first couple of items she listed I knew it wasnt mine at all. When I told her none of its mine, her attitude changed from nice to snotty as if I ruined her "hero" moment. She said they'll look over the cameras and I asked does it really have to take 24 hours? She replied snotty again saying I dont know. Then I said "I just dont see why it has to take 24 hrs when he started looking at the cameras when I was at the facility" she said he has to look at it frame by frame for an 8 hr shift. Then rudely said "well bye". So not only is there a confusion on how many managers there are but it sounds like they also lost someone else's clothes too. They're the ones who lost my family's clothes and acting like I'm being a pain. UPDATE: Over 24 hrs later, they called me. This time it was the male again. Stating he looked through the cameras and my family's clothes weren't missing on their end. THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE! I gave them $73 in weight of clothes and DID NOT get that back! When I asked if I could see the cameras for myself, he replied just as snotty like a child "no" the fact that I had to correct him on his attitude toward me was very sad. I told him they lost my clothes so what are they going to do to make it right amd he suggested to file a police report against them. Everyone here needs to be evaluated again and given a course on customer amd phone etiquette. They think just because they don't have a big fancy job that they don't have to treat customers with respect. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old on the phone. Sad.

Friday May 22nd I hobbled into to do a out $30 worth of laundry that I had piled up in the last six weeks due to being in the hospital with a mTBI and concussion plus other injuries. This was my first outing ALONE since being released from the hospital Monday. After struggling to get my laundry out of my vehicle, I used a laundry cart as a walker instead of taking my new rollerator walker in also. Carol noticed I wasn't doing well but she never broke off her conversation with whoever it was that she was bending their ear to ask if I was OK. Even though the night before I told her I wasn't doing well and would tell her all about when I saw her at the laundrymat to do my backlog of laundry. No problem, but after I got my things inside, she did look over and ask if I was doing Ok? I said No but I would talk to her after I went to the bathroom. No problem there either except I had to repeat myself 3 times so that she could "hear" me because I was "spent" already after just unloading car and getting things inside. Ok, so I went to the bathroom, as I was finishing in the bathroom (that doesn't even have a sink to wash up after doing your business) I saw at least 5 of varying sizes but all very active Roaches. I went out and quietly told her there were roaches in the bathroom. She acted like I shouldn't worry about it because, Dave, the owner, and her spray but they can't get them all. And they don't bother her anymore because she even has them at her apartment. I told her that I need to get my stuff outside and asked her if she had any extra ROACH spray to spray my stuff outside before putting it all back in my car. She acted like I was being hysterical and unreasonably making such a request. WOW! Needless to say I ended up asking GCPD to assist in getting my laundry out of there because I didn't/couldn't have enough energy left after all the arguing she was giving me. I have never seen a place employ such a rude person for so many years. I have seen and heard way too much from her. The fact that she still works here and doesn't seem to receive any repercussions for her behavior, tells me all I need to know about the owner too. The other employees aren't exactly great either, but nowhere near as rude as Carol. I get that people have bad days, especially in customer service positions, but this is beyond just having a bad day. It's just outright poor character. On top of the poor customer service, there are giant cockroaches. I've worked for various cleaning companies so I am well aware that all commercial buildings have bugs, often including cockroaches, but these are HUGE and just run all around the place. It's getting worse and they don't seem to care. The bathroom is small and doesn't have a sink... the sink is out between some of the washers. Gross. Put a sink in the bathroom. There is also no air conditioning and it gets very hot during the summer. They just prop the doors open and turn on fans, which is better than nothing, but it lets a bunch of flys in. It's so hot that I can't be bothered to come in during the day - only later once the sun has gone down and it's less crowded. I'm done with this place. I will pay more to go somewhere else even if it's a bit further.

The straps were folded three times and a square was sewn lopsided. They weren't even cut and sewn, thank goodness so we could get a REAL "tailor" to properly address that and to also address the hem. The hem was just cut with scissors and not even hemmed!! we received it with hem horribly frayed! The instructions CLEARLY stated to not touch the train and it was chopped as there is no better word for that! they ruined a $340 formal gown!! Yes, thru several calls and email I did receive my "alterations" refund, however, had to have it repaired by an AMAZING seamstress located in Circleville(Elizabethashleighdesigns) Do NOT seek 1/2 price dry cleaners to do alterations!!! The dispenser on the front loader I used had fabric softener in it and it was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. But the front loaders are fast. There didn't appear to be anyone working and some machines had laundry just sitting in them without anyone attending to them. If you live nearby and need a laundromat it's ok but i wouldn't go out of my way to go there.
