Never use this company!…read more I contracted this company to install countertops in my home. They sent a crew that spoke no English. They did a terrible job. Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.

I called yet again a week or so later and another lady said she would call right back, instead I get an email the next day stating that I would have to ship the whole pot and lid back at my cost as well as I would have to pay cost to have a new one sent to me. I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

When the gentleman came out to measure, I reiterated my request and went so far as to show him the backsplash in my other bathroom. When the stone came, the backsplash was square and not to my order. I told the installer and he replied "This is what you get". No discount was offered. Use this vendor with caution.

I can only comment on customer service…read more I went here today looking for a granite slab for my dad's new office cabinets. They even pulled a cabinet selection similar to what is being installed for me to compare to. I put down the deposit (half the total), and left. My dad decided a few hours later that he didn't want the granite and sent me back to get a refund. There was no issue with the refund. I felt bad that I had to ask after just placing the order, but the transaction was handled smoothly and without issue.
