Never use this company!…read more I contracted this company to install countertops in my home. They sent a crew that spoke no English. They did a terrible job. Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.

Installation of counter top was spectacular. Very professional and willing to help and advise. He suggested that I use a leftover piece to finish my bathroom counter. We went in on a Friday to the Showroom right as they were closing, and Anna allowed us to stay an extra hour longer while she was finalizing paperwork. Anna expertly answered our questions on customization, lead times, and design combinations for baseboards, casings, and crown molding. Anna even offered a venison treat to our dog too. As we were about to leave, our starter went out, and Frank and a few other gentlemen from the warehouse, who were getting off of work on a Friday, stayed late and helped to try to jump-start our vehicle and charge our battery before we could even put in a request for roadside assistance. We were waiting for the tow truck company, and it started to get dark; the owner, David, came out and asked if we were okay, asked if we needed to use the restroom, and ensured we felt safe. David even offered to stay late to guarantee we were not left alone at night. Millwork & Molding and Supply is in a safe location with a fantastic selection. We will be outfitting our downstairs from floor to ceiling with their molding for an elegant aesthetic, factors less than the run-of-the-mill stock at Home Depot or Lowe's. He also instantly made me feel comfortable with both his expertise and just his personality. I'll definitely be a back when I decide between the floor samples, and I may even come back to have our kitchen floor redone (sometime in the future). New Orleans Flooring in Elmwood did a terrible job on our vinyl floors. We had our floor replaced…read morewith an LVP product called Strong Built Floors which was sold exclusively by New Orleans Flooring. Shortly after installation we started having issues with the flooring popping up and warping. Countless times we had to have them replace the broken and or warped boards. After months of this happening they decided to rip up the flooring and have it reinstalled "properly". Their excuse was not that there was a problem with the flooring but a problem with the installation. So we once again had to rent a storage pod out of pocket and move all of our furniture. Plus, we had to move out of our house with two small kids while they worked. This time they did an even worse job than the first time, rushing to get the entire job completed within a weekend. They did not allow the flooring to acclimate to the indoor environment and did not allow proper drying of the self leveler. There are too many other flooring companies in the greater New Orleans area that I'm sure would do a much better job than New Orleans flooring in Elmwood did. Please think twice before going with this company for your flooring needs.

On the first day they were at my home all morning tearing up tile. By 2:00 they left without a goodbye or notifying me of anything so I proceeded to go to the grocery store and go about my day. The next morning they were quite rude to me explaining that they had returned while I was out and very upset that I hadn't left the house unlocked for them. I explained that I thought they were done for the day and gave them my phone number so that they could contact me when they were on their way and when they were leaving. Over the next several days they continued to be rude by not notifying me that they were going to be more than an hour late. Great end product but I'm so glad that this whole stressful ordeal is over!
