SIMPLY THE WORST!!!! I'll make this short. I stepped in this attorney's office couple months ago in order to close on a property. Couple months later nothing has been done and on the top of it the guy just disappears without notice. After I initially spoke to him (John TREPEL) he vanished for three weeks. We spoke again after three weeks he informed me that he was out of town and that he will get back to me in "couple days". Two weeks later I still did not ridge to me eve though I called his office several times and sent him bunch of emails. read more

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE LAWYER IS Phillip Mendoza!!!!! since the moment I met him he's been bragging about other lawyers that he likes and thinks highly of other lawyers and that's even asking me what's going in with my case!!!!! I had to make three phone calls to him and it's higher up Lawyer that works with him and the secretary in order to get him to read me my case file. He only read half my case file didn't even read the whole thing. it took him over a month to read only half of the case File.and I had to make three phone calls to make him read my case file. And the Whole Time During the court Case He kept saying that He Wanted to Pay off Bills From the G.A.L and Other parts of the case that required Money.Never told me what's going on with my case the whole time that he was supposed to be working on it!!! I tried to have a meeting with him at different times and he's saying he's too busy and unavailable for a meeting. I waited months and months and months to see if you would tell me what's going on with my case to tell me the status of my case things like that and all he said was pay your bills pay your bills and pay your bills never sat down with me and told me what's going on with my case all he said was pay your bills the whole time. well I'm sorry mr. Mendoza that my court case is not all about paying bills there's other parts of the court case also that you could have sat down and talked to me about or told me what the status of my case whats going with my case besides Paying bills!!!! I had to make three phone calls for this man to read my case file. I had to make several phone calls for this man to have a meeting with me that he never Had. and I told this man to put in a certain motion in my court case that he never Put In the motion. and then he said Oh well i need information from the other person in the case. well if you need more information then you subpoena the informational records very simple. This man is very complicated to work with and you have to make all kinds of phone calls and emails just to get him to do his job. and he doesn't show any information about your case you have to keep asking over and over and over again just to try to get some information about your case he's a horrible lawyer and he also is in favor of other lawyers that he likes and in favor of other lawyers that he looks up to. If the other lawyers in your case happens to be suing you or against you for something don't expect this man to defend you , if he likes that other lawyer he's going to stick up for that other lawyer not You read more

He is sloppy and gave my foreclosure negotiators fee to the buyer. He has refused to correct his error. In fact , tried to blame it on me. As if I have more control than a closing attorney making commissions off title insurance and fees for a closing ? He also represents himself to own the title company which he does not! He doesn't return calls/emails . He's avoiding me now cause he told me he put that check in my closing package yesterday and than said " oh well" . When I went back to the office looking for it. So basically we negotiate a foreclosure and he gives our fee to the buyer who happens to be her own closing attorney! Convenient ! Talk about another unethical person. I just got done filing my complaint the ADRC because I don't want anyone else to have their money stolen. This other attorney refused to return the money because she feels entitled. The state should have a field day with this 2. They are the reason lawyer jokes exist. Title, lawyers and lenders all waive their hands in the air saying it's not their fault!
