To add insult to injury he tried to imply it was husbands fault by stating, "we get a lot of repeat business from patients eating popcorn." From the minute you arrive until you leave, you are met with kindness, understanding, engagement, and just stellar service overall. You can tell that Dr. Damron was purposeful and thoughtful as to whom he chose to be part of the staff- no matter their role. Every person seems to fit so well with their company culture. Even the front desk personnel are a delight. Take a moment to talk to them, especially Tiffany. Now let's talk about the dental experience. I always have a terrific experience with the hygienist, Michelle. Every time I have an appointment, I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend who happens to clean my teeth. Dr. Damron is a very patient, understanding, reassuring, and a kind dentist. I've had several different services and have never had any issues. He always seems to go out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable and I've never been in any pain. Believe it or not- I've even had a minor filling done with no numbing or anything! Dr. Damron explained how shallow the filling was and reassured me that I'd feel nothing. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I appreciated that he felt like I didn't need an unnecessary shot... so I agreed. And guess what?! I felt nothing! Oh and if you ever find yourself nervous during a procedure- or even a cleaning, ask if you can wear an X-ray apron. It's got some weight to it and someone who worked there suggested it before because it's almost like a weighted calming blanket. Rest assured this practice and its staff care about you as a person and as a patient. They do not try to offer unnecessary services and they also are good about presenting alternatives. Seriously. When I called to tell him I was experiencing issues with my crowns he would not see me. The next thing I know he is sueing me for the last payment due. We paid the last payment and Dr. Turner refused to see me he said and I quote "that's her problem not mine"! I was charged for work he didn't do partials that were plastic flippers instead of the expensive porcilan I paid for. I went to a reputable Dentist who has been dentist of the year 4 years in a row and he told me in his 35 years he has never seen such poor work. The partials were not even flipper grade. He said this is someone who needs to be reported to the dental board. I have and Dr. A who I saw told me he would back up my claims 100%!

My current dentist recommended 2 crowns priced at $1,000. I doubted his capability so I saw Dr. Pettey today just for a consultation. He said he could do some fillings and that would take care of the loss of enamel issue right then. I was pleasantly surprised he could fit me in when I was just scheduled for a consult. I was in there maybe an hour from start to finish and my 2 front teeth look brand new. My cost less insurance was $116 instead of what I could have paid ($1,000). You can't even see where the enamel loss was. As a result, I am switching to Dr. Pettey as my new dentist for me and my husband. Owning his own practice totally makes a difference in the care you are given. He and Johnna did an amazing job and I am so pleased with the outcome! Highly, highly recommend. If I could give more stars, I would!
