Dentist took an xray,spent less than 5 minutes with him & referred him to oral surgeon saying it was wisdom teeth coming in. No big deal til 2 weeks later when I get $300BILL. Insurance only covered xray, not EMERGENCY fee I was charged that insurance deemed non emergency. I have never been charged for an emergency!! Fee before. Lost 4 new patients trying to be greedy

From Botox to dental I trust him/them to make the best decision for me , he is patient in explaining questions or concerns and goes over options , he isn't all about a dollar ,at one point I wanted to just extract some teeth and have implants done by him (because he does an excellent job )and while it is the most costly option and he could have easily agreed he explained that it just wasn't necessary and there are more options and I just just felt that spoke volume compared to other dentist I've been to , I feel that he genuinely cares and is looking out for his patients in all dynamics, same with botox I have a couple of friends that tbh their Dr should be ashamed and should have drawn a line on when to stop , and that sounds terrible but it's true , and I'm so happy that I have a great botox Dr that I can trust and is pretty damn honest and does a wonderful job ! Also Jessica is a desk dime , she's always so helpful , uplifting , and super sweet , I'd give 20 stars for this place and employees

He DID NOT tell me I would need new ones in 6-12 months or I wouldn't have bought the premiums. I'm so upset with him. My gums finally stopped changing & I needed new dentures. They finally told me the first ones were just starters!!! There was no way was I doing any more business with someone who lied to me by omission just to rip me off. Then I found Affordable Dentures and they not only tell new denture wearers the truth, but they also have special pricing posted in their office & on their website that covers the 2 sets you'll need. They are only a third the price, too! They were busy, but so efficient that it went quickly. The dentist was so nice and concerned about her product. I hate I paid more to Parker Family Dentistry for the ones I had to throw away. I wish they'd been honest. However, Affordable Dentures used my ill fitting dentures, against my wishes, as a base to make my new ones and they ended up being just like the old ones that didn't fit. I ended up getting a third pair from Dr. David Smith in Cordova, TN, that are wonderful. After a year of drinking Boost, now I can eat!!!

I dealt with ingrown toenails for years. After a particularly painful one, I finally went to a…read morepodiatrist to have it removed. Dr. Croft removed it and also told me that if it keeps happening, he could perform a little outpatient surgery that would keep it from ever happening again. I had the surgery and he was very gentle, made sure I was totally numb and explained everything very well. That was about 4 years ago and I haven't had an ingrown nail since then. My preteen daughter is a dancer and was having the same problem, so I took her in for the surgery as well. Great experience and result for her as well. His sense of humor takes the fear out of getting your foot cut, even for a kid!
