We were first time home buyers and had a terrible experience with our first real estate agent. Our friends recommended John and Jeff. John took the time to learn what we wanted starting with an initial consultation at our house. From there he took us to a number of houses, picking up details about the style of house we liked, price range, neighborhood preferences, etc. As we toured each house he provided input on the positive features...location, workmanship, etc, but he also explained any potential downsides that he observed. Having just moved to the area from NYC I was a little uncertain about the exact area I wanted to purchase in and maybe a little naive about what I could get with my initial budget.
