My experience with this company is TERRIBLE!! My boyfriend posted bond through them in August. The court has reset his court date FOUR TIMES due to COVID. Catching the said case in 2020, was a violation of his probation for a matter in another county dating back to 2017. His most recent court date (Jan 2021) was 3 days before his arrest, reset to Feb 2021. A warrant was issued on 12/31 for the violation of probation, in which he had no idea was active. If so, he would have had the opportunity to surrender. He was not given this option. We were pulled over, he was made aware of the warrant & was placed in Montgomery County jail on a hold for the other county to pick him up. 3 days in, his bond was pulled by Johnnie Dishongh Bail Bonds. He did everything he was supposed to, in order to keep the terms of his bond contract through them. *He checked-in every Tuesday!! *Contacted & Informed them of the arrest!!! Nowhere in the contract does it's say anything about pulling the bond if incarcerated for ANY REASON!! They claim when contacted about an arrest, they will help get a court reset so they won't become a bond forfeiture. That's a lie!!!!! I understand, if it was a NEW CHARGE, if he wasn't checking-in weekly, if he failed to contact them at the time of arrest, or had reason to believe he would skip out on his court date... BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE!!! This company was QUICK to go off on the bond, before looking into the reason of arrest, reaching out to him... or contacting his retained lawyer. This could have been resolved in a professional, courteous manner... but it wasn't. They are punishing him TWICE for a matter in which they claimed to be helping with. KICKING HIM WHILE DOWN!!!! read more
