I did this based on his satisfactory handling in the preparation of our wills several years prior. It took over four months to get the trust established for the TX property, and the FL trust has still not been established almost a year later. The last communication with him was five months ago when he communicated that the necessary paperwork had been filed in FL, and he was simply waiting for the return of documents. All attempts since then to contact him have been ignored. I have attempted to call, email, text, and go to his office. Needless to say, I would definitely not recommend utilizing his services.
