We waited 3 weeks on a computer and tech came to put it in with :45 minute notice he was coming. He changed computer and was gone. When I got home I noticed we no longer had a air fryer option (wrong controller). I called on Saturday and got the service manager who told me the tech would call me back Monday. Today is Wednesday and I called them. I talked to same manager and he advised he thought the correct computer had been ordered but tech wasn't in yet and I needed to call back in an hour. When I asked if they could call me back because I'm very busy he laughed and hung up on me. Totally bad business practices and he needs replaced. I will follow up with GE and make them aware of the terrible business practices of their local repair facility. We have owned this expensive, top of the line appliance for 2 months and are yet to have full use of it. Avoid Ard's if possible, but if you buy GE you are stuck till out of warranty.

Called to see if they worked on Shark vacuum cleaners. My vacuum cord is frayed in three places…read morefrom always curling around the handle holders when done vacuuming. The guy asked me how old the vacuum was and I told him 4-6 years, didn't really know. He said it's time to get a new vacuum cleaner. Shark's only last about 4 years. I told him it's just the cord I needed to replace. He said Shark doesn't sell many parts and couldn't work on it. So I called another store, not knowing there were two of these stores. This guy says "Yeh, we can fix Sharks...call the Forest Drive store. I told him that's who I already called. He said he'd call the Forest Drive store. So I called back and the guy now said bring it in and he'd look at it. He'd fix it if he could get the part. I took it to him and he looked at it and said he'd "TRY" to fix it but if he couldn't he'd let me know before he started because he didn't want to damage anything on the vacuum and didn't want the responsibility of breaking it. So I left it with him. He said he'd get it done in a week and call me when ready. I'd not heard from him after about 13 days so I called to see about the status. He said "We can't fix it and I left you a voicemail." I had no voicemail at all on my mobile phone. I told him I'd come down and pick it up. When I went in to get it he pulled off the vacuum canister front and said "See here, this plastic area...all these tabs will break off and I don't want to break the machine getting cover off, so I can't fix it". I took it Vacuum Center in West Columbia and they said "no problem...left it with them and they said it'd be ready in about 4 days". Will not step foot in this place again, and from some of the reviews it looks like a lot of folks have had issues.

But then he complained about the distance. He called me on the phone for personal reasons but wouldn't do business with me. So I don't understand why he responded to my request in the first place. And now he's complaining about the review that I write about him. If they don't accept this review I'll come back and write another one until I get it right for all of you
