A new Ford Bronco!! I can say that Hamsmith Auto Group went above and beyond my expectations and got us in my daughters dream vehicle for a very fair price! I know because we have searched online and pretty much everywhere for a Bronco! They assured me many many times there was nothing wrong with it besides needing to put on the two back handles and the driver handle. It seemed like a really good deal and they seemed trustworthy, so I bought it with the promise of them installing the handles the next week. It is now November I've dropped about 6000 just trying to keep this car together, it has a blown head gasket, broken valve cover, they put water instead of windshield wiper fluid, the key fab doesn't unlock my doors at all AND i didn't get my handles until the second or third week of October and that's only because i kept calling every Friday. Considering we were 45-60 minutes away from Plainview, that kind of response time already impressed me. John arrived quickly and got my motorhome jumped and running. I kept it running for 30-45 minutes to let the alternator recharge the batteries, but it turned out the batteries were too far gone to recover. Since we were scheduled to leave the next day, I contacted Coach‑Net again for another jump -- only to find out (much later) that I wasn't "entitled" to a second service call. Coach‑Net never notified me, and Johnny Cash Towing never received the dispatch. Fortunately, I had John's business card. I called him directly, and he immediately stepped up. It was a Sunday, and after calling around, we discovered no auto parts stores had the batteries I needed until Tuesday -- and we had to be on the road Monday. John didn't hesitate. He offered to go to Kiser Auto Parts Co, arrange payment over the phone, pick up the correct batteries, drive them out to me, and install them. He showed up before my checkout time, swapped the old batteries for the new ones, and had us running smoothly. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation easy. Johnny Cash Towing -- and especially John Gatewood -- absolutely earned 5 stars.
