Recently I became a first time home owner to a beautiful 100 year old home that needed Alittle TLC on the outside. I hired Amazing Painting Solutions to paint the exterior of my home which is wood siding. The paint was peeling, different colors and needed to be scraped, sanded, primed and then painted. I felt really good about both Craig and Evelyn after meeting with them to discuss colors etc. I even reached out to a few references to verify their work. The contract said 7 business days to complete the job. They started June 7th and didn't finish until the end of July. Yes we had rain, but they would come at 9 and leave by 12. And when I questioned anything about the job I was always responded with an Attitude from Craig. I brought to his attention I didn't appreciate how he would speak to me and he never even acknowledged his poor professionalism. Now to the actual job. HORRIBLE. It's been two months and my paint is already bubbling (which means it's a matter of time before it peels) the paint job itself is messy, not clean, and especially not professional in which they claim to be. Craig had multiple verbal altercations with both myself and my mother and when we showed him the poor quality he was defensive instead of telling us he would fix it. He told us we should be appreciative of all the extra work he did for the house without being asked. This is my first home. I was already overwhelmed with trying to find good reliable people to do work on this house without being screwed over and that's exactly what happened. I will show the pictures of how poor quality this job was yet we STILL paid them the entire amount because his wife was trying so hard to be the mediator and I respected her. I sent him pictures yesterday of the bubbling paint and he left my message on read. To all who need work (painting) please research and watch who you hire. This was a completely waste of money that I will have to pay again to get it fixed when I begins to peel.

We had cabinets that were an absolute disaster and they now look like they are brand new. Communication of what time they would arrive, leave, and the steps they were taking was wonderful, something we find very difficult with other contractors. If I could give them 15 stars I would.
