Went back up there and just knew I would either have to buy a brand new crazy expensive tire or have them do another temporary patch till I could afford something. What I thought would be a straightforward fix turned into something way more complicated once I got into it. There was a lot more going on under the hood than I expected, and I was honestly bracing myself for a huge bill. That's where this shop really impressed me. They took the time to figure everything out, explained what was actually going on, and got it fixed the right way. On top of that, the price was very fair--especially considering how involved the repair turned out to be. No surprises, no runaround. The biggest thing though? When I got my car back, it didn't just fix the problem--it actually runs better than it did before any of this even started. That tells me they didn't just patch it up, they did it right. I'll be honest, I'm always a little nervous dealing with mechanics. But I've been back several times since. They are more personable because they are a smaller shop. Yes it may take a little longer, but that is because they are busy and there is a reason for that. I never feel like a number there, they explain repairs and handle themselves with kindness towards me and my family who also choose them. My son says he will never take his car anywhere else for repairs. The quality of work is second to none and my cars always look great after repairs!
