Arrived 15 minutes before my schedule appointment, waited for over 45 minutes and my truck was still not taken back to have the work started so I got my keys and left. I was told it could be 30 minutes to an hour still of a wait. I made an appointment first thing in the morning so I would not have to wait two hours to have an alignment done. He was at golden star tire by 4:00 which is plenty of time for two new tires (which do not look new at all) and "buddy" had an attitude and asked him why he was late. By the time they were done it was time for my fiance to pick me up from work and now there is a constant clanking where they replaced a tire and of course they are closed on the weekend.
