What I thought would be a straightforward fix turned into something way more complicated once I got into it. They took the time to figure everything out, explained what was actually going on, and got it fixed the right way. On top of that, the price was very fair--especially considering how involved the repair turned out to be. No surprises, no runaround. The biggest thing though? When I got my car back, it didn't just fix the problem--it actually runs better than it did before any of this even started. That tells me they didn't just patch it up, they did it right. We told them what it was doing and the next day they called her and told her that due to the age and mileage on the vehicle it probably jumped time and they did not want to mess with it. Paid another wrecker fee to take it to Anderson Automotive and in 30 minutes after getting it they already had it running. Completely fixed the next day.
