They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

Everything seemed fine until we took the RV on our first road trip. Shortly after getting underway the Tire pressure sensors on all four of the dully tires went out. The front stayed on fine. I called and their response was. "Not my problem, take it to a ford dealership ". If that wasn't enough, after parking at the campsite, I found one of the chrome nuts missing and 5 others about to come off. I've been looking for a replacement nut but can't find the right size so far. This is not the customer service I expected after such an expensive tire change. Disappointed and I won't recommend them at all.

My seats were damp (obviously) so they wrapped my drivers seat so I could drive home without discomfort.
