A few months ago, a friend locked her keys in her trunk and it was a nightmare because she had two babies who needed diaper changes and milk, and her trunk release was broken. I came to help, and there was nothing I could do... but Xpress came and we got into the car. I remembered how awesome Tom was as a person and expert. Well last night I lost the only key I had to my Ram 1500. The key is a plastic computerized fob that activates the locks and ignition, so I was screwed! I received the two spare fobs just a few hours before losing my one key and I discovered the dealership would charge $118 plus tax to activate one key. So, I didn't rush to the dealership. The last thing I expected was to lose my one key, but it happened. I called Xpress and again, Tom came to the rescue in the middle of the night. He was able to cut two new door keys to access the truck, then with his high tech programmer, setup my two new ignition key/fobs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! After a day on the water, we put our two dogs in the running pickup with AC going for them. At some point one of them hit the lock button. Seriously? Additionally, it was Memorial Day weekend and we were on the AFB. Called Xpress Locksmith and a few others to see who could get there the quickest. Anthony was able to make it to our location in about an hour from our initial call and had base access. What a super friendly and professional guy. He had the truck unlocked in about 1 minute. I did not have a spare key for this truck, so he offered to make one on the spot. That was a trick since the key I had was very worn down and had the chip in it so a new one had to be programmed as well as cut. First off, Tom is a superhero/earth angel/wizard. My mother, (80 year old) grandmother, (75 year old) great aunt, and I wanted to plan a girls trip to the beach. Long story short, we got locked out of our condo because the key pad stopped working and our VRBO host did not have the decency to assist us in any way, nor did anyone from VRBO. Tom arrived ASAP. He did not stop working for a minute and was friendly and patient. He explained to us what the issue was with the keypad and reassured us that it was not our fault but due to a faulty keypad. He also charged a super reasonable fee and I cannot stress enough how awesome and helpful he was! I bought a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica that only had 1 key fob. This is a fancy 7 button fob with push button start. Tom answered @ 850-499-0946 and gave me a quote for a new fob and cutting the slide in key that was $200 cheaper than the dealer. He came to my house within 40 minutes of the phone call and was done programming and cutting the key in less than 15 minutes. He was patient with my 10 year old daughter who was very interested in the process and even took the time to explain how the key cutting machine works. My husband called Tom earlier today about rekeying our new house. He gave a very reasonable estimate and was able to come out to our house just about an hour later. He was very courteous and even replaced one of our locks for free, as he told us it could only be rekeyed a certain number of times and he was afraid we would be locked out of our house due to a bad lock. He could have just done the job and said absolutely nothing about that! There is nothing work than leaving for work in the morning and not being able to find your car key! I happened to look up another locksmith and Xpress was the first one I pulled up so I called him and he was very responsive and showed up at the site quickly. On time and Got me back in my car! I was on vacation this past weekend in Santa Rosa Beach. I lost my car keys in the Ocean or sand, not exactly sure. I first called another locksmith that claimed they were 24/7 service. But they were not 24/7, they could not even get back to me with a eta for anyone to show up. Just got back from SC and the roommate took a vacation with both keys. I called them up at 11:51 pm when I got in. They answered right away and had a guy at my house ready to help me in 8 minutes. The technician arrived 2 minutes early to replace and program a new FOB for one that was lost. Despite the other original FOB being ten years old, he worked around the problem and made short order of programming a new FOB and getting us back to each myself and wife having a key and on our way.
