Among the most professional establishments of any business I've ever come across. Super responsive from the beginning to end. After walking in the early evening hours and speaking with the owner John the appointment was made for him to stop by at 10:00am the next morning. John was prompt arriving on time and after examining the sofa sectional which I've owned for more than 20 years and held great sentimental value to our entire family John assured me the sectional could in fact be repaired and rebuilt where needed and restored to it's original grandeur. He explained what exactly he would to do to the sofa and provided pricing to what it would it take to get it done. I agreed and he arranged it's pick up within 30 minutes. Within a week the sofa was returned after a complete rebuild and restoration. The work they put into getting the sofa sectional to its original state was remarkable. I could go into lengthy details though it's suffice to say these are a pros pro. No detail was overlooked and to be candid the work they did to restore this piece of furniture resulted in the piece being better, stronger, more supportive and far more comfortable than at anytime including from day one after I bought it. I have to start this review off by saying that the work that Johnny's does is a lost art. It took me months to find a reputable company to make a custome slip cover for a reading chair that I've had in my family for years. I called Johnny's and they were responsive, honest and upfront about cost. They did a beautiful job. Along the way there was a slight miscommunication and Johnny's corrected it and did right by me which is all I can ask. I just picked up my slip cover from Johnny's after my original was badly stained at a Christmas party. Luckily I had a piece of material when I purchased my couch. I brought the material and cushion and asked if he could make a new slipcover. To use the word excellent would be an understatement. Looks like the cushion came out of the showroom. I hated my dinning room chair! I made the worse mistake covering them with plastic and when I removed the plastic they STUNK! I was about to throw them out but passed by this place and decided to reupholster the chairs. They had a perfect fabric in stock, changed the foam and had it done in a day. I like doing things myself and was going to do the chairs myself after they told me the price which was a bit high, but way less than buying new chairs. I decided to just let them do it and I am so glad! The chairs look amazing! If everything holds up I will definitely go back and do more items. Used Johnny's to reupholster 6 dining room chairs made in the 1930's.. Brought the chosen fabric to him. In one week, he tightened all the loose joints and used the fabric to create outstanding chairs. They were rewebbed, padded and upholstered on the seat and both sides of the backs. They far exceeded my expectations. The workmanship was meticulous. Johnny , himself, was courteous, professional and listened carefully to how my wife wanted the fabric centered on the chairs and did it exactly as desired. Price was quite reasonable.
