But then, last week I tried to make a change because pricing had skyrocketed on an item of extra coverage which provided me with no real benefit...and now I have experienced that Erie is painfully slow and very paper based - with very periodic billing compounding issues that prompt communication and billing would eliminate. The Erie way of doing business is causing extra checks to get cut back and forth. Definitely consider/reconsider other providers esp if being able to complete tasks expeditiously, electronically, is a concern to you. I could not image how gruelling and how much drudgery there would be with a larger issue like a claim.
