We are so SO SOOOO grateful for this Automotive Repair Shop!!…read more Our previous mechanics weren't being honest with us and messed up some parts of our car so that they could charge us more for services and repairs! But it was also a blessing in disguise... because if it wasn't because of the dishonesty of the other mechanic shop.. we would've never came to C Jae's!! And they're sooo honest here!!! great people and amazing services!!! They helped us fixed the actual problem, fixed some more minor issues for free AND they have life time warranty for the major fixes that they did for us!! They found the root cause of our problems and saved us so much more money!! SERIOUSLY!! I couldn't recommend them more!!!! If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and great at what they do. This is it! No need to go any where else!!!

Took my car in back in July. It needed an AC recharge. The lady at the front was kind, and quoted…read moreme a 1.5-2 hours for it to be done. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

Poor customer service. I went in today to get an oil change, let the guy know I'd never been there…read morebefore and he responded with "leave your keys in the truck and window down". When I started to follow him in - I was confused and asked if I needed my wallet and again reminded him I hadn't been there before. Instead of explaining the process, he made a face as if I was annoying him. I said "ya know what? I'm actually good. I'll go somewhere else." I went to Shiny Shell to get my vehicle washed and he came over and closed the hood of my vehicle and explained it had been popped (opened) when the guy got into my my vehicle before I cancelled the service. I told this guy- who was the one that I had initial contact with that I left because he didn't explain anything to me and because of the attitude I got when I asked questions. He said he was sorry but too little too late. Terrible customer service. So I went to Lehi Valvoline and received top notch customer service

This place has gone way, way downhill. I will not be back. That makes me sad because it used to be…read morevery good. Long stories, but within the last few months they told one of my sons his truck's engine was bad and needed to be replaced (it ended up being nothing after a trip to an honest local mechanic), another son was told he had a huge $$$ repair needed (again, totally wrong, mechanic verified), they haven't been able to do emissions in months (broken), and now they told me if i get an oil change, i can't bring my own oil, so my oil change was going to be $96 instead of like $30 or whatever it used to be. Never again. Too many other options.
