Took my car in back in July. It needed an AC recharge. The lady at the front was kind, and quoted me a 1.5-2 hours for it to be done. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point. read more

We came in because our car was bumping up and down while driving. We're from out of town, so having car issues was really stressful. Jonathan and the lady who checked us in were so kind. I truly have nothing but great things to say. I originally took my car to the dealership - they gave me a $2000 quote and told me they'd need my car for a couple of days. I knew I could find cheaper, so I looked on Yelp for mechanics and that led me to C Jae's! I called to get a quote and they took it from there! They do free diagnostics testing and he wanted to check my car out to see what the issue was! I was able to drop it off that day and they let me know the issues a couple of hours later. They quoted me $600 (less than half of what the dealership quoted me!!). I opted to move forward with them and they had the needed parts delivered that night and my car was fixed before noon the next day. Throughout the entire process, they were so straightforward with me - letting me know exactly what they were looking at and what could possibly the issue - they even sent photos showing exactly what the issue was. My daughter, who is a student of BYU, had a brake light go out, and her lights front headlights were very dim. It was a Sunday, so every place was closed. I left a vm and within a few minutes he texted me about my issue. He told me to have my daughter bring it in the next day and he'll take care of it. $160 and 24 hours later she has new brake lights and new headlight essentially after he cleaned and buffed the covers out. This guy is honest and helps college students in need. Highly recommend this company if you need any automotive repairs. 10/10 stars!! read more

We moved here not too long ago and we needed to find somewhere to take my sons car. I jumped on yelp and started reading reviews of places . Even though there were only 2 reviews...what those two reviews said made me feel comfortable taking it there, and let me tell you.....it was the best decision!!! The owner and his Wife Celena and Alex make you feel llke they truly care and will certainly not try to push repairs on us that we don't need!!! What a breath of fresh air they are. C Jae's Automotive Repair is AWESOME! I was in Orem for a wedding & needed new brakes & rotors before getting back on the road for the 500 mile drive back home. I texted the number early Monday morning asking if they could ck the issue and get me in for repair right away. The texted response was YES - I showed up at 9 am when they opened. The service tech was professional & provided the expected diagnosis within 10 min of my arriving along w/a VERY REASONABLE price including warranty. Parts arrived within a half hour in which he already had the vehicle ready to install the new parts. He showed me the problem w/the old parts and installed the new - worked quickly & was finished w/in 90 minutes of my first arriving. The office and shop are both clean and organized. The owner Jonathan super knowledgeable and explained the repairs needed in great detail , also through out the process I was sent videos of issues wrong with my car and Jonathan waited for my approval on repairs recommended he also gave me a plan on repairs that could wait and what he thought needed to be done immediately to keep me safe on the road .
