I came here and they checked my car and told me I had no oil leak and didn't charge me to give me that information. Service Manager Draven Edwards is a straight up liar! He quoted me $1,000 to replace a timing cover and when I came to pick up my truck they billed me $2,000. When I protested this, they decided to find the phone recording. Surprise, surprise they conveniently weren't able to recover the recording and I was stuck with a bill that I didn't authorize! Store Manager Chuck Nessman did nothing to correct his employee misquoting customers and blamed me as if I misheard him. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Lying to customers is not a sustainable business strategy and your customer rating reflect this. On top of all that, my truck died on the way home.
