I get a nice haircut and shave every time. My only complaint is that I never see the same people when I visit. So the haircut just isn't consistent. I'm not saying it's bad at all. That is a thing of the past. Start with the lock box on the door - what does that say to you? Can't keep employees. They have to con them into travelling great distances across the Metroplex, and then they are only there for a short time. After being seated and saying hello I always ask where they live. It's never close. Online booking system fails more than it works. And honestly, their pricing may force folks to go elsewhere.
