We are in from out of town and my two year old needed his hair cleaned up for the wedding tonight. Marcy was lovely and patient with him. The shop is laidback and have a cool vibe to it. I walked out of this place today (and I desperately need a cut). Number one, I sat there for almost 15 min and no one greeted me for my scheduled appt. Completely met my expectations from a barbershop. I had tried another barbershop since moving here to NRH (I'm on the Keller border) from Plano. Michael M. cut my hair, trimmed my moustache', ears and completed it with a neck razor shave as expected. I wanted more of a military style cut and he performed it as asked. The shop has the John Wayne flare' (even the entrance and outside look shows it) Wild West touch so to speak. I'm definitely coming back here again.. read more

Went in for the first time today to get a hair and beard trim. Shonda was great, I didn't have to wait and I liked that they use the hot shaving cream on the neck. They also use straight razor and do full shaves. I think there was an actual cowboy sitting next to me too. read more

Been going here for about a couple years now. I'm a younger guy with long hair but they still do a great job every time. Used to avoid barber shops because I figured they didn't know what to do with my hair but these guys (and gal) can do anything. Even on occasions when I'm unfortunately forced to come in right before they close, they do a thorough job and don't half-ass it. I'd recommend this place for anyone at any age. read more

This is the baber shop you remember from your youth. Step back in time, take a load off and chat with some normal guys for 20 - 30 minutes. I have been getting my son's and my own hair cut here for 10 years and have no complaints. You can ask for a 2 and a 4 and they will know what you are talking about. I went there last month and got a great haircut. This week I went back to the same barber and got the worst haircut of my life. From the front it looked great, but from the back he took a huge swipe of hair off on one side, it was almost bald. When I challenged him on it, he said it was not his fault, it was the shape of my head. Oddly, he had no problem doing a great job last month, but this month my head is a different shape. I wish I could post a picture. When I show friends a picture they immediately start laughing. I start teaching in college next week, and the last thing I need is a dorky haircut. I took my son here today. He has super blonde hair and the lady who cut it did a horrible job. I took him back in immediately when we walked out because one side of his hair was cut over his ear and the other one still had hair on his ear. She fixed it but it still looked choppy. Once it actually dried you could tell she cut a chunk of his hair much higher on one side of his bangs. I had to take him to another place to fix her mistake. I sure wasn't going to take him back to this lady. I won't be back. read more
