Pharmacy couldn't get the office to respond to them. I struggled to get a response. Nurse was rude. Office was rude when I tried to make an appointment earlier since I couldn't get an answer. When I mentioned it to my rheumatologist who referred me to them originally, they said, yes, we stopped referring patients to them because all we got was complaints. I don't know what is going on, but messing around with people's health and medications and not responding is the reason I left after being here for years. Doctors were nice. Office is not.

I felt like a human being with dignity when dealing with them, as opposed to feeling like I am caught in the cogs of a machine that doesn't care about me as a human being. They actually helped me resolve some obstacles to getting my Rx. She did use her computer, but maintained good eye contact with me, listened to my comments, and stayed engaged with me. The follow-up for labs and questions was prompt and thorough. I wish that I could find a PCP like this.

The office staff that supports Dr. Minter are so kind and helpful; I truly appreciate a doctor's team that goes the extra mile to help a patient that is in pain. From the front desk to the tech who did my x-rays to the PA, excellent and outstanding. The office is laid out so well and very thoughtful. Heck, even the building is well thought out with a courtesy shuttle to and from your car and wheelchairs right inside the door if they are needed. There are plenty of chairs throughout the office for those of us in pain that can't walk far. The chairs are plentiful and comfortable for anyone. They also have plenty of sanitizer stations, and take care with masks and gloves. Dr. Minter is also excellent. He took the time to listen to my fears and not only did he address them, he made sure I knew my path forward without question. I feel 100% fully supported with needing knee surgery. He's a very kind doctor and a great listener. Thank you Dr. Minter and your entire staff for being amazing at what you do!

Unfortunately, they need to receive it by fax. Fair enough. I called Southeast Medical Group and spoke with Ky, who confirmed they fax'd the referral. I asked who the Harris office should call if they still could not locate the referral. Ky said she was the person. Called Harris office for an appointment for a second time. They still couldn't locate the referral, and would not call Ky. When I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with at the Harris office, she hung up!

This office is nice, easy parking and staff very pleasant. I enjoy coming to this office.read more

Dr. Weinshan, very kind & caring. Glad he care enough to figure out my ear/sinus issues.... I feel amazing! I had been struggling with sinus & ear infections for the past yr & turned into getting verdigo 24/7. My sinus issues affected my whole being... This practice is amazing!!!! They did not schedule for my hearing to be checked and I had to make a second appointment, so the doctor's appointment was moot. Be aware that you cannot schedule an appointment with audiology yourself, they have to call you back. They did not call for several days, so I called them and actually scheduled the 2nd appointment. After having my hearing checked and seeing the doctor, I was told they would call me to schedule discussing the hearing aids. Considering I had already had two appointments, I asked for them to call as soon as possible to schedule the next appointment. They did not call for 9 days. Once they did call, the person told me that they have 7 to 14 days to call you back to schedule the appointment. Of course, then you have to wait another couple of weeks to a month to get the next appointment. I decided to go somewhere else.

For the 1st visit I had an on-site appointment and even though she was talking 10 mph I felt very informed. I left that 1st appointment very satisfied impressed with how much information she wrote tor me. After the appointment I called up my brother, who is also a doctor (a gastroenterologist), and he was even impressed with how detailed and thorough she was in the notes she gave me. After she got my blood test results from Labcorp she immediately followed up with me and told me what I should be doing to control my sugar and what time I should be eating every meal to control my thyroid function in my body. For my 2nd and 3rd appointments I had virtual visitdms and I was impressed with that call as well, even though we had a bad connection. She called me back immediately, apologized for the dropped call, even though it was not her fault, and we continued our conversation. She followed up that call with my labcorp results again, advised me on what I should be doing to correct my sugars even further and told me the prescription she was calling in. She even recommended natural solutions to my problems when I told her I did not like taking more medicine and then she answered all the rest of my questions. For the 3rd appointment, she even called me from her car when she found out that the nurse practitioner that was filling in for her was behind on her calls. Now that is a great doctor. She really cares about her patients and how well you are doing. If you are looking for an endocrinologist I would really recommend you go see Dr. Anbar. Even the front desk customer service is great.
