I thought that was very kind of them although we were en route. Upon arriving, there was 1 patient in front of us. Check-in was easy and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I did not get her name but she explained the payment and if imaging was needed Before completing the paperwork, they were taking my dad down for imaging. There was no waiting. He was there for maybe 20 to 25 minutes Shortly after he was called back. The nurse practitioner saw him first. She was very attentive, engaging, and kind. Let's say she had "bedside manner" She asked my dad how he was feeling and what brought him in today. He explained what brought him in and what he anticipated from them. She went over the X-rays that were performed. She was quite thorough and she repeated it back to us as I was taking notes. Dr. Seecharan came in and introduced himself and went over the X-rays and the next step He too was very professional, attentive, and thorough. He requested an MRI and a CT of the neck/back. Follow up after they are done The office was clean and well-stocked with a variety of coffee and water. There were maybe 20 chairs in the lobby. The front desk was clean and organized. A colander for clean and unclean pens Overall I highly recommend this facility for issues with neck/back

I emailed him with my questions and he answered within 15 minutes! We had several more email exchanges and he was so helpful and kind. I then needed to make an appointment immediately and his staff got us in within two days. Dr. Tarquinio spent two hours with us! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and he really listens. We brainstormed about options for my daughter and discussed the latest research in Rett Syndrome treatment. His office staff are wonderful and helpful. The office is calm, peaceful and geared for our special needs children. It is the first medical office my daughter has been to in her 37 years where she wasn't stressed and agitated. I highly recommend Dr. Tarquinio to all families who have a Rett Syndrome child or a child with neurological issues. He is truly the best!

Our first visit ranges from 2-3 hours, most of which time is spent with the owner, a physician with expertise in a number of rare neurological diseases. During this time, we will assess your needs, with respect to: * Immediate medical care * 11 areas commonly affected in rare neurological disorders * Recommendations for changes or for additional subspecialist consultation * Supportive management * Therapy, school resources, anticipatory guidance, and planning for the future * Research studies, either at the center or elsewhere. Dr Tarquinio has over a decade of experience both diagnosing and caring for individuals with rare diseases, and understands the unique needs of these individuals. Mainstream medical care does not allow for an adequate assessment of people with rare diseases. Care is typically fragmented, families feel as if they have no "medical home". We are here to help.
